I received such a warm welcoming at the New Market mall branch starting from the receptionist, who was very chatty, well dressed & overall friendly. The staff made sure that I was treated with the utmost fabulous service throughout the duration of my appointment. My stylist was Karabo who made sure that my hairstyle was to the "T" of Top Tier.... Well done Team, Keep up the Fabulous Service.
Good afternoon, I'm appalled at the lack of service regarding my fiber installation. It's been 3weeks now without any feedback from Nosipho (Coordinator) regarding an Installation that was supposed to have happend early December. I've been calling her direct line, no answer and doesn't return my calls.
I've been a patient at Charlotte Maxeke since 23/02/23 to date. #Orthopaedic; #OccupationalTherapy; #Neurophysiology; #Pharmacy departments. This hospital is clean, procedures & systems efficient and Their Service is Impeccable at all the departments I've been too. If only all government hospitals could render such Quality Service, our Healthcare department would be 2nd to none.
My card was meant to be delivered on Thursday lastweek as per the bank. A CCD agent called me Wednesday 14/06/2023 afternoon confirming delivery for Monday 19/06/23. It's after lunch time my card is still not delivered. I called the call centre they confirmed delivery for Tuesday instead. I'm again being inconvienced by another day and when requesting an urgent delivery for tomorrow AM, they are telling me that I will be liable for that urgent delivery. Their agent gave me incorrect info, I'm sitting without a card yet again & unable to access funds. Why should I pay for their discrepancy!!!!!!
