I'm a small business owner who is running a scooter delivery business. A City of Cape Town vehicle knocked one of my vehicles more than 2months ago. The vehicle has been non operational ever since. I've logged a claim for repairs with the city months ago and to this day no payment. The worst thing they did today was send me a message telling me that they will only cover a certain amount of the quote because of depreciation of parts that was already on the vehicle, hey my vehicle was knocked by you. You don't tell me that ****. Also what about the 3months my vehicle has been chowing from my pocket, insurance, tracker, drivers. No reimbur*****t. Completely unfair. Wouldn't this justify us being violent towards city drivers if we ever run into an accident with them again, I mean your guys are not gonna pay me for your **** you must pay yourself and claim from them
No care at all. Escalated an issue with pv solar for years still no assistance. The managers are dishonest, I've had engagements with two dishonest property managers who tell me one thing and their boss another. No due diligence by senior management either, only push the situation to my end. Basically they false advertised a PV solar feature that attracted us to the place but it has never worked ever since I walked into the complex in 2022. Imagine the electricity costs that I've had to bear with that no one takes seriously. Worse part i have to follow up on the matter everytime abd be told a new lie. Don't waste your money. Im moving at my soonest convenience as well. Stepney Green is the complex.
What a bad service provider. I've been having problems with excessively high consumption for months, no clear response or explanation for this. Now two weeks ago alterations were done on my water and electricity equipment. After that the consumption pivoted heavily as if it wasn't bad already, I reached out to my building manager who advised me to contact a lady called Shanice. I sent her an email and no response from her. When moving into an apartment ask who the water and electricity service provider is, if it's protea metering, run for your life you will suffer.
I joined easybet a month ago and it has been a great experience, website is unique and easy to understand their features, good odds and they have promotions more often.
I just want to give special recognition to Mary for her absolutely amazing service. She went out of her way to make sure I was assisted. I've had many encounters with the department's staff and sometimes it has not been pleasurable and you'd see that people just want to dismiss you. But she has completely made it feel like my problem was worth her attention and special care. Thanks a milli to her.
Horrible service i had to create a hellopeter accountjust to review them. It's been more than a week now trying to get through to their call center. I've never heard a bot that advises you to drop your call because the lines are busy, this consistently over days. Does the landline even work.
