They ****mers operating as Recruiters who offer part time jobs of following whatsapp channels and getting paid, they trade on whatsapp and Telegram making you join forex groups thinking you will win money but its all a **** (first payment you will receive it, the second they block you out and cant access anything) they say they got your contacts from other recruits
Bad Service/unprofessional people. I submitted the ufilling on the 6th of May 2024, then had back and forths with them. Mind you I was the one calling and sending mails when they didn't even care to do so let alone send emails or sms'. Was assigned 3 ladies to help me till this day not even one of them cared to help. Ended up doing to the Department personally on the 26th of June to be told the supervisor and Assessor are both on leave and will be back on the 1st week of July. Called again last week for follow up and was told my claim will be processed soon, called again (different numbers)twice this week (2day)but to no answer. The call center says they cant help me as they only have record of until the 6th of May 2024,so all this time nothing is captured on my profile.
I am back to complain and feel let down. My granny has passed on abd they still haven't fixed her details on their side after countless emails and call from my mother but DOVES doesn't care about us. And now we are going to have problems claiming and completing the service because of their incompetency. I loath them....
We have been waiting on a response from them, I send out an inquiry emails weeks ago for mistakes that they made on their side. They have removed the beneficiary used old residential address after we gave them a new one still, have updated my granmather and Aunt as MR. I have politely send them mails to all branches closer to me and head office. Krugersdorp Randfontein even Head office, no call center agent cares to call us back. We even went to the branch for assistance and we were told to email and call head office. I don't know what will happen if anything happens if they die, they show no care since when it is not their family members. Old Mutual will not be the only one taken to socials if anything happens to my family members, I will definitely drag them on socials

A week ago I went and did theyre wax and tint on Saturday around 5 when i got the at 2:40, but that's not the issue my problem is it only lasted on Sunday but it was already faded a bit but it was ok. On Monday morning it was all gone like i had scrub it off. Mind you its not the first time i did ita and i know how it should work as it lasts only days if you lucky a week. I texted the main account on Instagram they told me to contact Maponya i did that and they asked me to send pictures for which i was asked if i had washed it off ****** i aint stupid why would i do that and i just explained i woke up like that. They then igonored me so i decided to whatsapp the main account and they told me to come to Ghandi they will assist when i ask who will i be looking for when i got there i was ignored i sent a text the next day they bluetickwd me i send a VN she replies saying she can't listen to VNs. Till this day it has been a week no one seems to care and its not like they don't know their tint is **** they do, but because they greedy and lack customer skills....
I ordered a 4pack set of jars and they only brought me one, next thing there is no communication on why i had to do follow ups and all.
In 2017 they were called Luxury hair couture, until early this year they called themselves Luxury wigs and recently changed to serenity_hair_spa. THEY ARE HUGE ****MERS AND *****STERS, **** LOCATION **** HAIR AND THEIR NUMBERS DONT WORK. HUGE RED FLAG, BEWARE LADIES!!!! I was ****med during the 2023 Blackfriday sale and some other ladies also, they lie saying they will dispatch the hair and they will send tracking numbers. It has been over a week now and i still haven't received my moms wigs. *sad - My money is gone and i have no way of retrieving it.
