I bought a pack of 50 garbie refuse bag from Checkers, and every pkt I want to use in my bin is in two pieces 😳
My intention this morning was to exchange a dress I had purchased at PnP Clothing Clearwater. However, upon entering the store, I was met with an unprofessional reaction from the cashier, Humbulani Mudau. When she saw that I was holding a packet, she made a remark to her colleague, saying, “Oh my God, really, so early.” As a regular customer at PnP Clothing, I found this response unnecessary and disrespectful. As a result, I decided to request a refund instead of proceeding with the exchange.

I received a call from someone from the resolution department on Monday 8/12, was promised a callback by Tuesday 9/12. Its now Wednesday the 10/12 , and to no avail . No call , no feedback nothing . As I stated to the agent. Please dont take 3 weeks to reply to me, she laughed no no I wont . This is nothing new , Miway just doesnt give feedback period . Well it leaves me with no choice to do what I have to do . And this is not about them not honoring the additionals of my original claim , as lets be honest dragging their feet , just says they dont know how to just come out and say we will not be honoring it. But it boils down to the lack of communication skills . So I shudder to think what happens if we have a bigger claim, God forbid....as I have 4 cars currently insured with MiWay .....
Utterly frustrating dealing with Miway! They ignoring an issue or a complaint is acceptable. I have said this in my email , please just give me and answer. Yes we will honor the additional claim that actually should have been part of the first claim , or NO we are not . I guess because of the affordable premiums this is what everyone is speaking about that was once was insured with MIWAY.
