Service is appalling, agents don't know what they are doing and it then becomes the clients problem. I have been dealing with the agent Mpho since yesterday to get in the company vehicle for a service, all information vin and engine number provided including the vehicles km, she even informed me that the vehicle will be needing to come in for a major service and will call me back with the quote. She contacted me yesterday with the price and I confirmed with her that she can go ahead and book the vehicle for a service for today, only for her to not call me back. I spoke with her this morning regarding this and she said it was too late yesterday to book the vehicle but she will do so today and book it for tomorrow, again i asked her for the price and confirmed with her that the major service the plugs will be changed she confirmed and said she will book the vehicle, I also told her to send me the quote via email. Nothing was done, i contacted the delearship over 5 times today with nothing just empty promises that the quote will be received only to be transferred to another agent who advises that she is new and has misquoted. It is not 14;55 and the vehicle is due to come in tomorrow and now it becomes my problem your agent is new and doesnt know how to quote. Get someone to contact me as matter of urgency.
Terrible service at life fourways hospital and a pitty I did not upload this review sooner as I was under the impression the hospital handled there errors accordingly. I visited the outpatients ward in 2022 examined by the GP who requested we take bloods and see what the problem maybe, upon the blood been taken the nurses decide they were going to add a drip as well as it’s easier for them then having to do it again I made them immediately have it removed as my Daugther was not going to being staying over night and the go did not instruct for drips as she had no signs of needing a drip!!!! We received the bill for gp costs and bloods which was settled and the got a bill obviously for the drip materials used which I dispute and have been disputing this ever since. Fourways life said they will take it up and too date no one has made contact only to find this bill was handed over to debt collectors with our life account team investigating this even though feedback regarding this was given to the account team and consultants name was Avril!!! Further to this the staff and consultant Avril cannot even explain what the bill is for what a joke she advised it was for medication only for me to inform her that no medication was given and explained the exact thing that happened at the hospital!! Life hospital fourways is a joke and please beware they will bill you for stuff even they are unable to explain but expect you to pay!!!!!!
Every time I require assistance from FNB online or via telephonically it results in a hello Peter complaint in order to get some sort of assistance. I have a business account with them and have app**** for an overdraft increase via the app last week no one has called me, now I have been calling the business department two days in a row and still no assistance whatsoever, the systems are now down which I understand no fault of anyone but I was told to call back in a hour when I call back I am advised the systems are back offline and I must call back in 15minutes at no moment was the agent interested in taking my details and calling me back soon as they are back online??? What type of customer service is this?? It results in me having to get this done at a branch and every time I have to pay an initiation fee because it was not done online. Please get someone to assist me with this as a matter of urgency. Worst bank to hold a business account with.
Order number 107747877 I placed an order yesterday for a delivery today the 05th, upon receiving confirmation the date was changed to the 6th, I called in to the call center and was told this is because there isn’t stock of what I ordered for delivery today, why did the website accept the order in the 1st place as the policy clearly says substitution of orders can happen, I require the flowers delivered today the 05th February and no one can assist me with a replacement or something of the same value as they say I need to re-order meaning I must now spend again for the delivery when the fault lies on netflorist side. I need this amended asap.
Absolutely terrible service, I put on a review with basically no feedback provided!!!! Worst bank to ever consider moving over any business accounts. Not helpful at all, agents advise you can apply for services only to be told at a later stage you can’t. Staff had taken the time to cross check the information with colleagues twice before confirming it was accepts only for a person from the credit department demand it had to be provided if not we would need to cancel the application, why in the first place did the agent accept and advise it was accepted. I want answers and a resolution to this not just or sorry the agent made a mistake, what you going to do about the agent making a mistake. I was fair enough the first time I wrote the complaint only to find there was no resolution and complaint just closed!!!!! Unacceptable…..
Spoke to Absa with regards to a credit card application with my business profile procedures regarding the application explained, agent asked if I had an IT34 I informed the agent numerous times that the company was only due to file for tax at our financial year end, end November she spoke to two different people and came back saying it was fine to apply, this can be confirmed via the recorded lines, the agent continued with the application only to be called by an extremely rude consultant asking for accompanying documents that had already been sent through via email and then she said we rather cancel the application as the agent gave incorrect information regarding the IT34. She cannot process without that document. I have just moved over my personal account for a month now and was considering moving over my business account but the service is appalling from Absa. Due to incorrect information given over a recorded line via your staff an itc check was done and this has now impacted my score. Please ensure your agents do not mislead clients or offer a service you not able to.
FNB have not resolved my previous complaints nor given feedback! I am waiting for feedback regarding my complaint in regards to a business credit card which was offered to me upon opening the account as a dummy of which the consultant advised in 6 months of trading I can qualify for this product. Online reviews regarding a business credit criteria advises that you need a business account in order to apply for a business credit card, I have a business account with Fnb for more than 9 months of trading to which FNB are not able to assist with no explanation. They only advised me that the account scoring has not been declined nor has it been approved , after communication it seems like FNB are choosing not to assist with no valid information, a product offering that they are not able to keep up too. I would have never banked with FNB had your agent not indicated that the company would get a credit card in 6 months and this is what determined my choice with you guys, I’m still waiting feedback regarding why the agent advised me of such if such is not available, . I will not advise any businesses to bank with FNB as they are never able to asssit nor give proper indication regarding product offerings in terms of business. I even asked your consultant if they can’t offer the credit card then increase my overdraft which even that she can’t assist nor explain how it got approved when the scoring was exactly the same and I had the same scenario regarding that. All she says is that its too soon for an increase as the overdraft was given a month ago?? Shouldn’t any decision be based on affordability? The service is pathetic and staff knowledge on product knowledge or giving feedback is **********. All they say is they can’t help based on what no one knows?? Never bank with FNB they are never able to give you the opportunity to expand your business.
Horrific service, I have complained regarding my business account, I got an email that someone will call me within 24-48 hours and to date no one has contacted me. I have a business account and FNB are not able to assist with an increase in my revolving credit or meet up to their communication of what was said that I would get a credit card within 6 months of banking with them. It is now over 9 months and I just get told the account scoring is not approving or declining. No one can explain this? So basically FNB is not able to assist businesses with funding for expansion yet advertise gloriously of how efficient the service is and how they can easily assist. The service is appalling. Businesses should never open an account with FNB. No one even bothers to call you after lodging a complain.
App**** for a business credit card after 8 months of trading, I was told telephonically they did not decline or approve the application it needed to be sent to the credit team for analysis in 2-3 days, thereafter I get called from FNB to tell me the exact same thing that it’s neither declined nor approved I just needed to wait, what type of service offering is FNB offering? Something can be declined or approved no inbetween, so basically FNB is saying they cannot assist, my account projects good turnover and personal status is good, and FNB is saying they are just not able to assist, whereas any other bank can,they advertise how excellent they are with business assistance but when it’s required of the bank they cannot assist. According to their Online requirements my business meets yet to no assistance from them.When the account was opened the consultant offered me a credit card and said in 6 months they will assist with funding.
I called in spoke to a consultant today with regards to a business credit card, the account was scored which was then not approved nor declined, agent said that she had to refer the matter to the credit term to advise on the final approval amount which will happen in the next 2-3 days and thereafter call me. Why do I have to wait two - three days for a service that takes a day or even just a few hours to get approved. Please can someone assist with this urgently.
