I am very disappointed after getting all my testers form them and i reviewed but there is one for my teenage daughter which i never received but i get numerous emails asking for feedback on something i never tested i even tried email them to say i never got this product but now i get email of if i still want to receive their products i should review that product but how will i review if i never received. They can lodge a full investigation to see that i never received the package.
I bought a router in feb but the router gave me problem of not connecting to internet and i would call mtn and it works for that day and the following day it will not work it continued until i said its not working for me since i am paying for services i am not using then i talked to them over the phone that i want to cancel as its not working and only works once i talk to them then they said i should go to my nearest store i went there and they told me since i ordered online i should call for them to pick it up i calles but they said they dont pick up they only collect at mtn store i went back this time on the 17th of march and they cancelled but said it might bill you for next month which was gonna be R260 before it cancels i said ok but now i receive a statement saying i should pay R500 i am billed even for April for services i am no longer using and the device is with them and i dont have that money since i was told they will bill for 1 month and its not even cancelled yet
Since January my life has been a living hell i am suffering financially ever since my capitec bank acc was paused even my savings for investing online i didnt know it would bring me such poverty...capitec said R4k was reported i said ok deduct it and leave my profits but they never did that forgeting i also invested to get returns but i never enjoyed my returns..even after deducting the money they said i was reported for they still didnt open my acc it went from 40 something thousand to 30 something thousand you could have given me my profits before you close my account now am suffering even my kids and family as well as i am a beeadwinner i am hurt beyond repair i wish they can refund me my money before they can close the account i had plans for my profit..it was either to build a 2 room house for my kids or start a fruit n veg business but its all doomed now
Tymebank is ****ming us our hard earned money we talk to them via their whatsapp number which they advertise on chrome and come back to say we are texting the wrong number and deduct our monies today my R448 was taken by them whereas i asked for assistance last week thursday i am so disappointed its not the 1st last they said some internet shop now its tymecode withdrawal i need that money to go and hustle during the week i need my money back n that account reported n blocked only tyme bank cashiers can do tymecode because its the 1st time hearing about it they take advantage because they dont have a branch where we can go and report and end up running with our monies
Since the 26th of January my account is Paused...it was reported and i requested that they can take the amounts which i was reported for and then open my accounts. The amounts are were deducted but my account is still paused or they can refund my remaining pennies since i am really struggling since january..my kids and family we need that cash. So after deductions i never got any response..i am beyond disappointed i am hurt😥💔
This betting side is becoming a **** now I submitted my required documents on thursday and said i should wait 48 hours and it has been over 48 hours but no feedback yet so that i can withdraw.It was R7000 i played some games and lost about R400 balance was R6600 i was told to wager it in full i bet with the whole R6600 and won R6860 so why are you guys giving me the run around after wagering i was told to send documents and wait 48 hours to withdraw and now you are telling me another story to wager in full again so you guys really want me to loose it all to you then whats the use for betting if i cant withdraw i want my money then i will never bet with you guys when i call i am placed on hold until airtime rund out my emails are not responded live chat no response only twitter where i get this different stories
I am gat fol with capitec bank for the bad service i have been receiving since the 26th of January my account has been paused..i was requested to submit documents and pop i did but since then i get new reference saying give us 5 days..after 5 i get another reference give us 48 hours and so on but no help how will i survive and feed my family when my money is being held..so they should hold the one which is reported and release the remajning because i need it i want a refund..i cant take it anymore i am getting into debts everyday because i trusted it as my main bank...highly disappointed
Am soo diasappointed in this bank my account is blocked with money inside for my kids i have sent affidavit as needed but no response even now...not recommended
I am very disappointed about capitec again,i am a trader i traded with someone on the 17th of December on Binance and the trade was completed but later on i was informed by the buyer that i reported his account whereas i did not now the poor guys account has been frozen and couldnt spend on his family during christmas he than told me he went to the bank and they told him to tell me to do an affidavit along with certified copy of ID i sent and he submitted but even today his account is not opened i am requesting capitec to open his account immediatly since its been long overdue and january is here he needs the funds for school necessities for his children. My image is bad as a trader as i will be labelled as a ****mer.
