Package not received
I am very disappointed after getting all my testers form them and i reviewed but there is one for my teenage daughter which i never received but i get numerous emails asking for feedback on something i never tested i even tried email them to say i never got this product but now i get email of if i still want to receive their products i should review that product but how will i review if i never received. They can lodge a full investigation to see that i never received the package.

Package not received

Disappointing Experience
Is this company even a real thing? I get spammed with emails to register and honestly I have responded to 95% of the surveys over a year, and I have not received a single product. It feels like a big **** where HTC is getting surveys done for free and lies told.

HOME TESTER CLUB STAFF ARE *****LING
I suspect the staff for Home Tester Club are claiming the products for themselves !! they recently sent me an Email claiming I have won a Takealot voucher to test Aveeno product, hence on the email they sent to me, they have omitted the voucher and they have blocked the link for me to inquire. this is stupid and insane, why would they make us to complete survey on certain product for home testing, after they ***** from us. Probably they report back to the manufacturer that they have given us the products but they takeaway for themselves and its unfair

Very upset
I am very disappointed, I received a voucher R1000 to use before the 15th November 2024. I reached out to the contact center with no actual assist as the voucher isn't working and explained that I have also contacted Takealot however no help either, very disappointing.

Very upset

Happy customer
I've just recieved Cherubs baby wipes and i was stunt of how good their service is and the im inlove with the wipes they sent me my friends and i are so happy and greatfull for the wipes we tested it on our babies and wow the softness,gentleness and thickness of the cherub wipes is wonderful i recommend everyone to buy this product and its very cheap. Invite friends to be considered- ows me 6 boxes
Again, waiting for 6 different boxes i had to invite friends to already. Now im being told i need to invite friends to be considered to get a box. I think they take the stuff for themselves and dont send it to people like promised. Its never worked like that. Why change it now
