Good day I am totally frustrated with Makro and I am seriously considering not spending with you anymore. FYI I spend approximately R 5000 every month and this is annoying. I order 2 x 2 cases of Toilet paper ( 4 X 24’s) I only received 1 X case (2 X24’s) If you look below, I was charged R599.92 for 2 x 24’s toilet paper?????? I want this sorted out ASAP. Ref HP9V

I have been requesting feedback since thursday the 28th November, today I received a screenshot of the terms and conditions however this did not apply to my winning as this was a value guess for hirshs. I was told on live radio that is I am a loyalty card holder my prize would be doubled and this doesn't seem to have been communicated throughout the team, at the time I was not sure if I was and later found the card information which I provided. I am very disappointed as my query just seems to be hanging whereby no one is actually taking the liberty to review the information, I request that the conversation on the 28th be listened to and confirmed with me on my prize being double. Its been 3 days 2 different consultants no help how is this possible yet your job is to ensure you can assist. Purchased a airtime voucher at teller and whilst in the shop tried activate it and it said already used...this was on the 27th they manager Elsa said she would contact me with a new one and till today nothing has happened.

Absolutely disgusted how are Nedbank recruitment don3 I would love to know. Service disgusting Joey Mmekwa is a perfect example of terrible service provide no update logs off early doesn't respond to emails and the to top it of a complaints department from Nedbank reads my email I respond try to call wow no answer
I am really ****ed of with ur services...I made 2 payments on Monday the 25th to is the 29th only my credit card payment was recorded???? Then I call speak to Jonathan he confirms all information and proof has been submitted to finance department and my funds will be available today wow.....I log in nothing???? I call in speak to Maranius she says she cannot seen much Info on the system amazing it gets better????? Then she says my money won't reflect now. What the hell i paid on the 25th and my payment is still not reflected I want this sorted today!!!
