My advise if you want a place in Bloemfontein better avoid this company if you leave their premises they will charge you fees for no reason , Firstly moved to their premises GeraldanaHof in March 2025 has to clean the flat when I moved in in October received increase notification on rental, decided to move out mind you this agency you serve two months notice period if you want to move, 31 October vacated the premises in November received statement had to pay them R748 which was for water was also changed an out inspection service fee, December received another statement for R255 mind you am paying all the charges whereas am on the using their premises anymore again in December was told have arrears for R650 for cleaning services which don't understand who were they cleaning for cause when I first moved in cleaned the place myself and left it clean and don't think it's my responsibility to clean their premises , This national real estate is really taking advantage of its tenants not sure if their follow rules and regulations and know there is rental tribunal where they can be reported , feels like now tenants are punished for moving out of they flats
Pick N Pay ASAP, failing to deliver dismally , I placed an order on 25 July 2025 , items ordered pricing was higher on the app and others were out of stock which is a normality for city am in Bloemfontein very seldom to receive all your cart items. This resulted in credit ballance in my wallet , I placed request for it to be paid back into wallet ,which is suppose to take 3-5 days up untill now the 10 August , sent an email to client support feed back was delays matter referred for processing that was around 5 August until now , which I found very unprofessional and frustrating to me as customer why they giving s option to request payout if they not willing to to do so, I requested payout cos want my change back , Apparently they now taking decision on my behalf to keep it for me for the next purchase
I placed an order and was dispatched to logistics on the 27/04 /25 until today not delivered 07/05/25 package was scheduled for delivery due to unforeseen circumstances driver arrived and was not available, but called the guy and arranged for delivery on the 05/05/25 but was not delivered on the 06/05 2025 when tracked my order it's updated as second attempt to deliver and recipient not available but no one came to deliver the package on the 07/05/2025 called the guy that spoke with to arrange delivery told me package is at Central am not where that is, ask him to give me contacts gave me number that is not working tried calling him back not answering anymore.That keep updating recipient not reachable which is incorrect
Mtn is the worst of them all if thinking of buying or signing up for contract consider other options,my frustrations dates when I called their call centre for balance enquiry beginning of April 2024 since they don't send statements via emails and was on holiday agent who answered placed me on hold for 45 minutes while I can hear them chatting in the background until the call was dropped.Today 27/04 /2024 same happened trying to make call and my line is suspended called them told agent payment done on 25/04/2024 and have proof line dropped no explanation nothing dropped and they also have the worst connection when calling their call centre their lines not clear and breaking and am not even based in remote area. I am not contactable because of their poor service if can afford would cancel the contract immediately
MTN SA poor customer service , I have a contract with MTN and am on the 24month but am struggling to cancel the contract called call centre you transferred to retentions immediately You explain the reason for the call agents cut the call, happened 4 times , and the last one call referred to collections department without any communication and wait on the line till run out of airtime, Customer service is the worst
Worst courier company of them all have been waiting for delivery of my parcel from 12July 2023 worst they called me and arrange delivery on 15 July and told me to wait at a police station whole day waiting for them did not show up, called on 17July, Monday they told me incorrect delivery they have on their side advised them of the correct address to deliver to called me told on their way to deliver at my work address still did not show up, called them again on 18 July in the morning agent I spoke to placed me on hold forever till I dropped the call , called again spoke to an agent asked them what address they have still confirmed incorrect address for delivery asked him to update the address and he promise will be delivered still waiting
