We are not receiving any assistance from hi fi Corp and pathetic service by the manager Melanie from cornubia hi fi Corp. Our TV broke which was 7 months we then went into store on the 5th March they said they will log a request for a technician to come through and sort out and let us know. Technician came he didn't even check the TV he said will let us know. It's now the 19th of march we are still sitting with a broken TV that hasn't even been taken in. The manager in cornubia is extremely rude as she kept on screaming and not giving us a chance to talk when I had to tell her to calm down, then we went into her office with the cameras in the office she tells me if I wanna be angry I must go to the front of the store and get angry, is this the way your managers are trained? This is the worst service from hi fi Corp then the manager shaylene calls us and tells us if we go and write a review it'll be them at the store that will call us back
Absolutely pathetic service by their Agent Sharon. This woman has no skills what so ever. I have contacted her months ago for a property in Redfern which she did not respond when we sent her whatsapp messages to view the property eventually the listing was removed. Again recently I seen the same property available but again it was listed by her, this time she responds but not available on Saturday, she then says Sunday which I was not available because of church. Then she said Monday at 14:30pm then she messages me and says we have to reschedule for wednesday. Then I got upset and told her its very unprofessional she then states she has another client that submitted documents and waiting to see if the client gets approved, so I asked her why is she making us view if she already has another client, but she has an attitude and says she doesnt appreciate the manner in which I spoke. Terrible service by the agent that answered the call. I called in this morning around 10:05am the agent answered the call and was extremely rude and not helpful she then cut the call on me and said something in Zulu. I then called back and got great service from Sipho that assisted me very well. How do you expect people to pay their accounts if you have agents working there that has no customer service skills?
Absolutely terrible customer service by agent PRIYA. How do you expect people to pay their account it you got staff working there that has no customer service skills? She called me and I advised someone spoke to me already I am in the process of a settlement she said that my attitude is not gonna take me far by paying my account. Is that the way staff speak to customers? I asked to speak to the manager she said the manager is not available and told me she has to cut the call on me. I want the manager Stacy doorasamy to call me back!
Terrible experience with aquazania the service is terrible I want to cancel and they tell me I'm on a 12 month contract which I didn't even know about. The managers Pamela, Mandisa are all **** they don't know how to do they Job and stick to they word. Tired of this company I want my money back they need to sort all this out.
