I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Rock Kyalami. Their payment machines were down for over 40 minutes between 18:21 and 19:00, and neither the waiter nor the manager took any action to assist. This reflects poorly on their unreliable systems and lack of contingency or backup payment solutions. Such inefficiency and lack of customer care are unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I advise others to avoid this place until they address these serious issues.
Warning: Poor Customer Service Experience at The Treat Randburg I had a disappointing experience at The Treat Randburg on 8 February around 16:45/17:00, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to warn others. My appointment for an eyebrow wax and tint , quickly turned into a nightmare. The consultants behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. She rushed through the service with carelessness, resulting in unsatisfactory results. When I politely raised my concerns about her attitude and the poor quality of service, she responded with further rudeness and hostility. She refused to acknowledge her behavior or apologize, even going as far as threatening me when I dared to voice my dissatisfaction. As a paying customer, I believe in respectful and professional treatment, as well as receiving a satisfactory service outcome. Unfortunately, the consultants behavior fell far short of these expectations. I urge the management of The Treat Randburg to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customer service should be a priority, and it's evident that improvements are needed. In conclusion, my experience at The Treat Randburg was deeply disappointing, and I hope others will heed this warning before considering their services.
I had a rather unpleasant experience with my recent purchase at Clicks Jackal Creek Corner. On Saturday, the 28th of October, in the morning, I bought a bottle of Citro Soda, only to be met with shock and disappointment when I opened it. To my disbelief, the bottle literally contained only half of its contents, and the protective seal was missing. You can clearly see from the pictures I've shared that it has been tampered with, which is not only disheartening but also a potential health hazard. I couldn't help but wonder why Clicks would sell a product that appears to have been previously opened and used. It's not only a breach of trust but also a matter of health and safety. I urge everyone to be vigilant when purchasing any medicine or consumables at Clicks or any store for that matter. Always check for the protective seal to ensure that you're getting a product in its original and safe condition. I hope Clicks takes this matter seriously and ensures that such incidents don't happen in the future. As customers, we should be able to trust the quality and safety of the products we purchase.
I've had a frustrating experience with Fit24. I made a diligent effort to cancel my membership well within the cool-off period via email, and I even called their Rivonia branch to follow up.
