Such pathetic service from Planet Fitness at the Pearls in Umhlanga. I went for a quote to sign up and spoke to one of the sales agents. Not mentioning the name because I'm not trying to get him in trouble but I wish I had a better sales agent who was concerned about my enthusiasm to join the Gym but sadly the sales agent i worked with was extremely difficult to understand as he did not know what products to provide me based on my Momentum Multiply Medicaid and said he will call me back or as I quote "call me and remind me" was what he said. I honestly don't have time to chase Planet Fitness for business. There's enough gyms that will take my money and provide a much better service. But you guy's need to pick up your A game this year for 2026! Stop messing around.
Called Vodacom customer service today and I spoke to an advisor that literally sounded like she was taken from the interview room and put straight onto the dailer to start taking calls with no training at all. Kthtso you need to be more invested in your customer service skills. You need to learn accountability and learn to be proactive by offering a resolution according to the customers dissatisfaction. Kevin from the accounts department is Kthtso Team Leader. KEVIN! You have failed as a leader my friend. You are not visible on thr operations floor when you need to be and you should be more vigilant around these matters as your advisor clearly stated on the call that you not around and never are around. That's not what been a leader is all about. Start to be a better version of yourself and start to take ownership of your team. My complaint I wanted to raise was not raised because You Kevin was not there to assist and imagine how many other customers are going through the same thing. Because team leaders like Kevin from the Vodacom Account team cant take a Manager call which is what they were employed to do. I still want to raise my complaint and as per the FCA and Ombudsman regulations. Vodacom has 48 hours to connect me back to log this compliant
I don't know what it will take for you to call me back but your company does not take their customers complaints seriously. I raised an extremely serious ***** complaint with you over 1 week ago and I have not received an email nor any phone calls not even an Sms notification to say it's been investigated. I hate momentum health and I can't wait to cancel it and get someone better like Discovery!
Unprofessional yet again, On the 18th June 2025 I made contact with Momentum's call center to complaint about a Denstist who is *****ulently making claims on my policy. I spoke to several advisors who disconnected me which clearly Momentum does not know what call avoid is! I spoke to a gentle who i will not name and shame as he did his job, However his Team Manager sindisiwe.mchunu@momentum.co.za has failed to call me back with an answer after making me take time out of my day to complete a ***** form, edit it, scan it and send it back immediately the same day. Only to not get a single email as acknowledgement. Momentum you are really failing your customers and I will be escalating this matter further with my company as this is a company benefit which you are dealing with. All I want is my claim to be reversed for Dr Hany Albougy *****ulently claiming on my policy for not doing any dental work and still charged me. Hi I am writing this email in regards to an order I placed with Netflorist via the online website. I am disgusted by your companies ethics and not having any decency to inform their customers that they unable to deliver exactly what I ordered. I want to raise a formal complaint for this matter and I want either my money back or to be compensated for the inconvenience. I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Good Day, I hope this message finds you well. Today's interaction with one of your employees was one of the best I've had in years. Mpho Mbadla Really Made Me Feel Like Royalty! I was due for a renewal increase and was calling into cancel my policy. However through his and the companies amazing loyalty structures, I was able to decrease my premium by a whole R250 saving from the initial renewal quote. I'm glad that I made the choice to stay with King Price all because of Mpho's professionalism and because I appreciate the service delivery. WELL DONE!!!!
Sales Person Mashay does not know what she is doing! Highly confused staff members. Could not even apply for a simple account and she captured the incorrect information.

Cheryl the complaints manager is a disgrace to complaints!!! You should resign :) Your team leaders are pathetic and pass on false information to your escalation departments. Totally useless in every aspect of life. Shane Bates is one of the pathetic team leaders I am referring to who has no work ethics. Employees who have managers like her end up leaving because of the horrible leadership you.
