Wow wow wow Quentin hosted my daughter's wedding, everyone was blown away by the magical venue with its amazing chandeliers, delicious food, decadent desserts and good service. We enjoyed celebrating with the newly weds and danced into the night. The guests are saying they want a redo in 6 months time lol Thank you to Quentin and his team.
I had an Express Mani done on 26th January 2026 and I'm happy to say its still looking so good 11 days later, no chipping at all
My daughter and I went to by our car license on 29th December 2025, the staff were so efficient and fast, it was very busy, we sat for an hour but the cashiers really worked as fast as they could, the calling out of your number and the information on the screen above the cashiers speeded up the process because you could see how long your wait in the queue was going to be, well done City of Cape Town team.
A valve broke on the water pipe on the corner of 8th Avenue, Grassy Park, the CCT plumbers ans staff worked from after 12 midday till early hours of the morning. The valve was fixed after 6pm but because it was defective another one had to be replaced, they worked in terrible windy conditions through the night to solve thr problem. Thank you for your hard work and commitment, it is very much appreciated.
O have a Scratch and Dent Policy with Auto and General, when I was called to take out this policy I was told I can claim as many times as needed, that was 3 years ago, In August I tried to claim and was rejected because according to their recommended workshops, it is over the limit, so my Panel beater can do it for a small amount and Auto and General won't pay the minimum in cash to me as according to them my guy is not registered, he, however, does work for other insurance companies. Well none of the recommendations for Auto and General will fix the scratch because its going to cost thousands of rands, so now I'm trying to cancel this policy and Neo is not even responding to my emails. They just happy to take our money, terrible service.
My spectacle lenses needed to be replaced, it was still under guarantee, the staff at Blue Route mall sent it in for repairs and my spectacles was fixed in good time. On collection I once again received very good service. Thank you to the Spec Savers team on excellent service.

The supervisor at the store said its only redeemable online when it clearly states on the app only available in store. This new benefit is not worth shopping at Woolworths, to time consuming. I've been purchasing the Clicks Payless 2ply Toilet paper for years and the quality was very good but in the past few months the quality is very bad, it is so thin and crumbles, more like 1ply instead of 2ply and the rolls are smaller as well. If this bad quality persists I have no choice but to change to another brand.
