*Unacceptable Care at Southrand Hospital* I recently had the misfortune of visiting the emergency department at Southrand Hospital, and the experience was appalling. Despite presenting with alarming symptoms, including a fever, chest pains, shortness of breath, and back pain, the triage doctor displayed a shocking lack of concern and professionalism. The doctor's cursory examination consisted of taking my blood pressure, and without asking a single question about my symptoms or medical history, they diagnosed me with the flu and handed me a prescription. This perfunctory approach to patient care is unacceptable and puts patients' lives at risk. I was not satisfied with the care I received, and my suspicions were confirmed when I sought a second opinion at Johannesburg Hospital. The medical team there took a thorough approach to my care, administering medication, conducting a chest X-ray, and admitting me for observation. The contrast between the two hospitals is stark, and Southrand Hospital's emergency department is clearly in need of improvement. I demand better from our healthcare institutions, and I expect Southrand Hospital to take immediate action to address these shortcomings.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the level of service I have experienced from NETSTAR 1 find it incredibly frustrating that I am being made to wait for an unspecified amount of time TO GET RELEVANT FEEDBACK on why my tracking unit is not working or isn't updated i purchased a new vehicle made RELEVANT communication before hand to get my new vehicle a tracker. Despite having fulfilled my end of the agreement by making a payment. In this digital age, where quick and efficient service is expected, such delays are unacceptable. When i called to pay for my services i was put on hold for amost an hour. Customer care lines no one picks up after 8:30am they get extremely busy and im put on hold escalated promised a call back but no one ever calls NETSTAR has not sent anythng about sending a technician or planing to fix the problem If my matter is not resolved promptly, I kindly request that you cancel my account with immediate effect. Moreover, as it has proven to be nothing but an inconvenience and a source of stress. I have chosen NETSTAR as my service provider with the expectation of receiving quality service, reliability, and efficiency. However, my current experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it as a priority. I am looking forward to a prompt resolution to this issue and the activation of my TRACKING UNIT Should I not see any improvements or receive a satistactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to seek alternative service providers.
