What an awesome and quick response from Lungile Mathebula. I was aggrieved in the way I was mislead into signing up for a rewards (Clientele Perks) policy but she assisted me promptly with the cancelation.
Their people, the ones who stop you in malls are not truthful. They had sold me the idea that I pay ONLY IF I used the rewards. No rewards used but my account gets debited. I go back to the guy and he tell me to delete the app and everything will be fine but soon after, my account is debited in the follow month again. I call them desperately to reverse it and unfortunately it was a day before Christmas so they were not available. I call again in January and this time they say they will debit again because I cancelled late. Like ***? I will be paying the third time, no rewards used but I'll be paying? Hhay Clientele Perks, stop lying to people. We work hard for money! And this thing that you must call for a cancelation, emails?! We wait on the line for so long just to run out on airtime... Sheesh man! Such a hassle.
Why is ID collection such a hassle? We all have work and commitments. Its so downheartening to spend money and time to come here, after requesting leave from a boss who doesn't want to grant it, and then be told the sod story of how this branch is short staffed! Plus you aren't even allowed to get a slip of attendance!! So it's like I've **** to my boss that I've come here, when I actually have!!!! Not to mention I have things waiting on this VERY ID!! Really disappointed by this!
Debonairs Newlands Wests service has always ben the best in connection to Hillgrove Secondary. We have made several orders to them and it always never seizes to amaze how efficient their deliveries are. Their service and delivery men are always pleasant. Keep it up!!
I have informed Cell C numerous times to STOP trying to debit my account as I am already making payments!!! They do not listen. Instead they continue and then I incur the cost of this mistake you keep doing. This is R70 per unpaid debit! Cell c has also never responded to my attempts to retrieve the initial sale recording as I still say that I NEVER AGREED to R506, or R517 let alone this additional R70 that they keep adding because you will not stop debiting my account!!! I cited that I would have never agreed to this installment as I know very well the condition of my finances. This and the fact that I did not authorise "value added services" to continue as they are NO VALUE TO ME. I have called the centre several times for these charges not to be added as I do not use these sim cards for calls /SMSes. I live in an area where cell c has terrible reception, it does not connect most of the time so I have NO USE for these additional services!
