"We don't care" customer service
These people just don't give a s$#& about you at all. Neither my emails nor tickets ever get responded to and I only experienced this after placing an online order last week. I'm promptly gonna cancel it. Never again EB!

Useless
Worst experience just trying to open a business bank account. No responses to emails or customer support tickets. Pathetic and *********** or lazy, I don't know

POTENTIAL RESELLERS DON'T BOTHER
Sent a couple of emails to them as a new reseller but have yet to receive any response back from them. I'm glad though that I see there's no support as I would probably have a lot of frustration if I decided to buy from them. No worries! There are many other more reputable wholesalers in SA :)

Company run by incompetence!
It's been 1 week now and still waiting for an order that was supposedly "in stock". They promised delivery 2 days after shipping. Customer support is non-existent. They don't respond to your tickets and no one ever answers the phone. Never again Loot!
