Good day, I hope you are well. Please be advised that Old Mutual has been debiting my account twice for funeral cover. The first cover was for R201.00; however, to the best of my knowledge, this was cancelled due to missed payments. I inquired with the representative who contacted me and assisted with my current coverage (Iwyze). They confirmed that my coverage was cancelled, and that the premium on my existing coverage was increased to R266.00. Could you please clarify how it is possible to be charged twice for the same coverage? I kindly request your assistance in refunding the amount of R201, which was debited from my account for coverage that I understood had been cancelled. I do not believe you are able to assist me with the iWyze cover, as it is evident that I already have an existing funeral cover. It does not make sense. Worse no one is taking accountability.
I have bought a washing machine on the 23rd of October online, they said the expected date of delivery is on the 28th of October. On the 25th on Saturday we have received a call from one of the courier guys at 20:00pm requesting to deliver the machine since he is around my area, we rejected and requested that he deliver the next day in the morning, he called the next day and said he can't deliver because of an incorrect address on the app. 28 October comes no communication nothing. 30 October they called and said they will come on Saturday today at 10:00am because I must collect personally. Still we try to call nothing is happening. We have been calling the store they direct you to different people who does little to help. I want my machine, very unpleasant experience I've ever had, very unprofessional. This feels like a ****. I want my machine or my money this is frustrating
I have received an sms from one of my credit providers saying that my credit life cover is at risk due to missed payments. I called my credit provider to find out how am I missing payments when money is debited from my account every month? They have checked for me on their system it turns out they didn't receive payments for August and September 2023, In October 2023 they only received R130 something which was not the agreed amount and it didn't show that amount on my monthly statement. No payment received in September 2024 as well they have only made payment on the first. Jowls I have arrears of over R4000 which I am going to pay from my pocket. This account has been stagnant doesn't show any movement. I have been paying this for over a year. How do I remove my name from this I want to pay my debts myself.
I have ordered a steak with chips and roll. The steak was rotten, and smelled awful 😖. The chips were tosted and I have found eye lash hair in the food. I am disgusting and disappointed. How can yoh sell rotten food to a client? First and last experience.
Good day, I lodged a complaint with old mutual regarding money that was debited on my account for a canceled life cover, I spoke to BILQEES CARELSE she said this was escalated to iwyze it's their matter, I have sent an email to your complaint department but no response received. I'm tired of reporting old mutual can I please just get my money back so I can cut ties with old mutual.
I have canceled my old mutual life policy, I even called to confirm if it was canceled and it was confirmed, however they still deducted money from my account
I signed up for a life cover with old mutual, wanted to cancel, I've sent multiple emails in all their email addresses but I got no response, I called their offices they always tell me no one is available in their old mutual protect department, I requested for a call back no one calls me back. Worst service eveeer.
