Orchid Day Spa Scottburgh confirmed my booking and price, then later tried to withdraw the agreed package due to their own internal error. This shows poor accountability and slow management response.
Approved claim, endless delays, wrong part — will not recommend PMD.
I purchased a Defy side-by-side fridge from Game Galleria on 09/03/2025, paying in full. The fridge was delivered on 11/03/2025, but to my disappointment, it was defective, producing a loud noise from the motor and experiencing rapid frost buildup in the freezer. I immediately contacted Game Galleria, dated the 12/03/25, where a salesperson informed me that a technician needed to inspect the fridge within 24 to 48 hours, and I was given a reference number. I also reached out to the Game Contact Center and was issued another reference number. Since then, I have received no updates, no follow-up calls, and no technician visit. On 14/03/2025, after waiting three days, I attempted to call Game Galleria four times, only to be placed on hold until. Frustrated, I contacted the Game Contact Center again, and I was told that my case would now be escalated yet still, no one has reached out to assist me. I find this absolutely unacceptable. It has now been five working days, and I am still waiting for assistance with a brand-new fridge that is well within the 7-day return period. It is appalling that Game treats customers this way after they have spent their hard earned money. Based on this terrible service, I would not recommend purchasing from Game Galleria to anyone. I demand immediate resolution, either in the form of a replacement or refund, as I refuse to wait indefinitely for a defective product to be assessed.
I visited the Game store at Galleria Mall on 01 December 2024 seeking assistance with my RSC card. This was actually my second visit to the store, and unfortunately, the service was just as poor as the first time. On my initial visit, I couldn’t even find a consultant, as no one was available to assist me. On this second visit, I waited in the queue and asked the consultant a simple question. She responded rudely, telling me to wait, and then took 30 minutes to attend to me, despite there being only two people ahead of me. When she finally came to assist, I explained my issue, and instead of offering help, she suggested I use the self-service kiosk, once again in a dismissive manner. However, I had already tried using the kiosk while waiting, but it wasn't working—hence my request for assistance in the first place. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating, and the consultant's attitude was unprofessional. It is clear that RCS and the staff at this store do not prioritize customer service or assisting customers effectively. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor service here, and I will not be returning for any future help or purchases.
I recently purchased a Skottle Braai from the Game store at Galleria Mall, and I am thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the lack of professionalism. Two staff members assisted me and told me that the Skottle Braai does not come with the pipe stem and that I would need to purchase it separately. Based on this advice, I purchased the pipe stem. When I got home, I discovered that the pipe stem was actually included with the Skottle Braai, meaning I had purchased it unnecessarily. I had to drive all the way back to the store to return the extra pipe. What made this experience even worse was the poor customer service and unhelpful attitude of the staff, including the manager. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend shopping at this store. It's clear that customer care is not a priority here.
I have taken my car to glasfit to change my windshield. Once the new windshield was fitted. I picked up on a wind noise coming into the car. After the two more attempts of taking the car back to them. It is now sorted out.
