This company deducts money before debit order date which is set for 26th of the month! I called for a refund I was placed on hold and currently still on hold 30.55 minutes. I have been a customer for so long and I must admit this has never happened before but it's crazy cause I have a medical emergency, and my remaining funds were debited. Theres is no accountablity and I am being told that it is unfortunate. Very disappointed.
It was a seamless experience, the exchange of my information between the different staff that contacted me was refreshing during my claim!
We had an incident with our storage unit where the door was pushed in, making it impossible for us to get inside. Kenneth, a member of the onsite staff who is always helpful, friendly, and kind, truly went above and beyond that day. He stayed with us and ensured he fixed the door, even though it seemed unfixable to me. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm and humble. Kenneth truly exemplified the high standards of Rent-A-Store!
Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! It seems like staff are not trained properly and there are no consistent standard operating procedures between call center agents and store agents. My package was lost, I was not informed. We were told there was a delay and then I was told that we didn't take insurance, but the store attendance did not advise us on the insurance options. Communication was promised after calling PAXI, none received to date. No managers available to discuss incidents that are opened for almost a month. I am currently on the line 29/11/2024 for 23.16 minutes waiting to speak to a manager, there isn't a manager or supervisor to speak to, I was told that they are all in a meeting until 12. This seems to the norm with PAXI. I have had a terrible experience with PAXI procedures and escalation process
