I am not happy with my order. I ordered a headboard of a specific colour as shown on the app but i got a different colour. I would like to return it but at the same time i am afraid that it will take forever because it took so long to even receive my order. I am very disappointed.
I am very disappointed with blu advance services. I had taken an advance of R50 i paid my advance by purchasing electricity from my capitec app of which both transactions were app**** on the advance debt as i didn’t receive an voucher number. When i tried to take out another R50 advance it says i have an outstanding. What happened to the one i paid? Why is Blu advance now robbing us because this is daylight *******. I have reported this on their platforms but no solution was given.
My issue that i wrote about 2 weeks back has been resolved. I would like to say thank you to Carol Joemath who from day one has kept in touch with us and made sure that our issue is attended and resolved.
My dad purchased a smart tv in 2023 at the Grahamstown Lewis store and took out insurance for it. On the 03 March 2025 the tv displayed no picture only the sound was still playing. We immediately reported the matter to the store they promised to come fetch it which they eventually did on the 5th March. Since then there has been no feedback nothing i tried calling the manager he promised to call us back but till this day no one has called. There is no way we are expected to just sit without a tv that we are in fact still paying for it.
I am unhappy with your internet services where i always have to call in order for you to load my data it is an inconvenience having to pay yet buy data because of your delays. Always saying it will be sorted within 24hours. I wish I hadn’t paid this month and just cancel because i am sick and tired of your incompetence. It has been 7days now since i paid but have no internet connection.
I am so disappointed with DStv for the past few months I always have to fight in order to get my internet data loaded. Their service is VERY BAD and disgusting. Today it’s the 11th almost 2 weeks into the month and my data has not been loaded. Last month I couldn’t even top up when I ran out of data coz they hadn’t loaded my top up data🤦♀️. What annoys me the most is that I use my airtime to call and they put you on hold, they even take forever to reply to my emails. You are so ***********.
