This company has been harassing me daily with threats of judgements and bad credit listing by mail and SMS, for weeks. This for a sum of R800 apparently owed to Telkom who I owe nothing. I have been in to Telkom, who confirmed and issued a statement showing I owe nothing. Proof of final settlement on closing account was sent to NuDebt, who acknowledged there is no case, in writing. Still the threats and bullying tactics continue, daily. I have phoned them a number of times ... "it takes a few days to remove it off the system". Apparently not ... they are beyond frustrating. What a useless company with clearly no internal systems in place. Hopefully HelloPeter will get a response!
I see I'm not the first to have issue with this online company. I have been dealing with David Suvasin from Elite Golf Gear. Paid R7500 for a Powacaddy. He acknowledged that he received the payment. He failed to send the waybill details as promised so I could track delivery. The following week he promised I would have it in time for my game at the weekend. Now my number has been blocked. And the Powacaddy is still shown as available on the site.
They advertise on their website sunglasses for sale. Prada PR 28ZS was R6190, now R4333. When you go into store to buy them, they are full price. The shop manager said he had a lot of customers come in and experience the same thing. On his ins**** tablet, they do not show as being on sale. What a waste of time. They need to get their act together.
I placed an order for a Defy Fridge on 13 November, expecting delivery within a few days. Every time I logged on, the order status reflects "processing". Following an email enquiry I got a response to say it would be delivered the following day (this was last week). Nothing. Further emails dont even get answered. There is no phone number through which you can make human contact. My advice is to stay away from this supplier. Poor communication, zero delivery.
I placed an order for shoes 6 weeks ago. Confirmation said delivery 4-10 days. When attempting to track the shipment it says "processed" ... what does this mean?! No way of speaking to a real person, no response to an email. Really poor customer care. Stay away from this company.
