We are once again following up on the case reported in October concerning the transfer of funds from an investment account to a savings account. To date, Standard Bank has not provided a clear response to our questions. We need to establish who transferred the funds, for what reason, and under whose authority the transfer was made. This information is essential, particularly as the transferred funds were also used.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my father’s case has been handled. His funds were ******, and despite our efforts to report the matter and follow up, we have received no meaningful feedback or resolution. It is unacceptable that such a serious issue is being treated without urgency. We have been left in the dark, and the lack of communication is causing us immense distress. We need clear answers and immediate action on this matter. Please provide us with an update on the investigation and confirm what steps are being taken to recover the ****** funds. We expect a formal written response as soon as possible.

I have never knowingly engaged in any business with your company, and I did not give consent for you to hold or use my personal information. I demand the following: 1. An immediate explanation of why I received this invoice and the basis for it. 2. All evidence or call recordings you claim to have that justify sending me this invoice. 3. Immediate removal of all my personal information from your database. 4. Confirmation in writing that this has been done. This situation is both confusing and concerning, and I take it very seriously. If you are processing my personal information without my consent, this may be a violation of data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, if applicable). If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 days, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies. I am writing to address the ongoing issue regarding the tracker installation and related payments. I have already provided proof of my attempts to cancel the installation, including the calls made to your company to confirm the cancellation. However, I was informed by your consultant that no records of cancellation exist, which is incorrect as I have already submitted the necessary evidence. Please stop any further harassment regarding this matter, as I have no contract with your company. I do not understand why the correct cancellation records were not provided, nor why I was given misleading information. I have acted in good faith by providing proof, and I request that you thoroughly review the records to correct this error. I expect a resolution of this matter as soon as possible
Poor customer service am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your service regarding the unauthorized tracker installed on a vehicle that is not in my name and the ongoing debits to my account despite my repeated requests to cancel this service. On 20 November, I contacted your team to cancel the tracker and was assured I would be contacted regarding this matter. However, to date, I have not received any resolution. I have called multiple times and have been sent from pillar to post without any clarity or action. Additionally, I have explicitly requested that: 1. The tracker be removed from the vehicle. 2. My details be removed from your database. 3. The ongoing emails from your team stop. Unfortunately, none of these requests have been honored, and you continue to debit my account without my consent. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I have no contract with your company, and the tracker installation was done without my approval. This is my final request: 1. Immediately stop debiting my account. 2. Remove the tracker from the vehicle. 3. Erase my details from your database. I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay. worse experience with Budget insurance the theft of my vehicle headlights has left me in a difficult situation both financially and emotionally. I re**** on budget insurance to help me through such incidents yet the refusal to cover this loss has shown a lack of commitment to your customers
Oh wow! I don’t even know where to start with their customer service. It is horrible, and they are incredibly rude. They don’t know how to treat customers. I placed an order for black pants, and they decided I deserved brown ones instead. When I inquired about the wrong color delivery, they said they would send a courier to collect the incorrect item. I had to call them to follow up, but to date, no exchange has been made. To make matters worse, they blocked me on WhatsApp. Completely useless service.
