I mistakenly bought an Electricity Voucher via Capitec, I was actually trying to buy an OTT unfortunately I couldn’t rectify my mistake and I am quite sure I am not the first person to make this mistake. If such mistakes can’t be rectified why is Capitec offering this service? Now I am stuck with a useless electricity Voucher that I have no use for. Capitec is doing this on purpose just to pocket money. And the service I received trying to see if this transaction can be reversed was quite bad. Capitec Vouchers option is trash.
In November I was signed up *****ulently by a Clientele/IFA employee or representative. Someone I have never met did paperwork on their own and forged my signature. My information was shared to them by another person that I am now not sure if he is their employee as well. All this resulted in money deducted on my account in December. Informed them that their employees forged my signature. I did the investigation by myself since they refused to investigate their employees ******** activities. They stopped responding to my emails when they realized that it’s their employee who filled the Paperwork and Forged my Signature. Clientele/IFA protects their employees ******** behavior, refuses to investigate them or hold them accountable. And they have created a system that helps their employees **** and *****ulently sign up people. Just disgusting and *********.
I had money taken from my Account for a “Clientele/IFA Policy”. I was made to believe it’s a Rewards Program. Nothing was mentioned about Clientele/IFA and I have been arguing them since December to investigate their employee. And they have refused to do that while pinning every on me. Yes I am partly to blame for being naive and careless to the **** for giving the employee my delicate information. But every now and than we all fall for ****s. But today I received a Form from Complaints Arbitrator that I apparently filled when I took the so called Policy. Guess what it was the first time seeing this Form. And it proves everything that I have been saying. The employee forged my signature. My address on the Form is also incorrect. The employee *****ulently signed me up. And this is what I have been explaining while they were insisting I knew about this policy. Clientele stop protecting your employee who are running ****s under your protection do your job. Investigate your employee and stop protecting them my signature was forged, the Form was filled on my behalf in my absence which makes in null and void. Fix this.
I have been emailing Clientele and they are not being helpful in solving my issue. Firstly their employee signed me up *****ulently, they asked my Cellphone saying they are helping with Voucher Rewards Program. While they signed me up for A policy for Clientele/IFA they never mentioned that I will pay monthly. They have refused to refund me and they have refused to assist me in locating the Employee who signed me up *****ulently so I can open a case. They are aware that I was violated by their employee and a crime took place. But they are hell bent on protecting the employee because they are benefiting from these ********* practices by the employee. And they sent me to their own office (emailing) because it’s a system that they have set up to protect themselves. They send out young black youth to **** people outside (streets) and they hide/protect them from being held accountable it’s their system. This has been carefully planned with an intention of *****/****ming to get the 1st payment before the policy is cancelled hence they refuse to refund or investigate their employee who is signing people with lies/*****ulently if this wasn’t the case steps would be taken against the employee. I didn’t sign myself up so where is the persythat signed me? The person who gave you permission to ***** my money?
I was signed up for Clientele/IFA under untruthful information. No service was provided, No goods were sold but they had the audacity to charge me. When I explained to them that the young African male used tricks and ****ming techniques to sign me up, 1. He asked for my Cellphone to approve everything so I wouldn’t know or be aware 2. He **** and said it’s a rewards program never ever mentioned me paying. And when I questioned him about something he **** even more. When I explained to Clientele they refused refunding me and quickly referred the matter to their other division. Because they have set it up to act like they will investigate the matter but they don’t. And they know about this **** and they encourage this ****ming. They target small towns. They are also protect the employee who is signed me up using ****ming techniques. Clientele is dishonest in their practices. They sent the young African man out to the streets to do their dirty job. Hence they didn’t want to investigate this further meaning he is still out there still ****ming on their behalf. Clientele is not a business it’s just a ****ming company. And if I am lying why are refusing with the details of the person who signed me up? He got paid in this situation so why is he not held accountable? And he is still out there doing the same thing and you see no problem with this, because you are beneficiaries of this ****. Ok keep my money it’s ok but what do you have to say for your employee who is out in the streets signing people in dishonest ways?
I have had money stole from account by being *****ulently signed into İFA. Clientele is part of this whole thing. Clientele acted like they are willing to assist only to realize that it’s part of their business to accept bogus registrations and take money for no service/goods than refuse to refund. Or share information to assist with taking action. Please be wary of joining or even speaking to their consultants they purposely register you under falls terms. Because they are aware Clientele will protect them. When you want your refund they send you from pillar to post. From one email to the next email without a solution. With my case I realized it is part of their business model. It’s disgustingg, evil and ********* to *****. And the employees have been trained to protect, defend and deny against their *****ing, ***** and ****ming. Clientele is the biggest ****mer.
Just had money taken from my Bank account. I was approached to register, I did put my details in but I didn’t sign or approve to have monthly debits. They had information that was not being shared that’s why I didn't approve. I even received a call last week I still declined joining and clearly said I am not interested. And today R300 have been charged and they are refusing to refund me. This is a ****. Clientele is ****ming people and refusing to refund. Cause what is the reason to Debit money for when I have clearly rejected to join or sign-up.
Having this contract has been nothing but a nightmare. Firstly when I got they didn’t disclose a lot of information, I was only given the full information after I had paid the 1st deposit it was like “Oh by the way you will be paying for 12 months” instead of just paying off the exact cellphone amount in monthly installments. They are very deceiving when signing you up watch out for Foneyam people. I have also overheard a few people at the Shop complaining about this. They also love blocking the Cellphone for silly reasons and you won’t even apologize for causing you distress and inconvenience. They will just back up their nonsense with more silly reasons. Currently it’s a Sunday the Cellphone is disconnected, why Disconnect it on a day when your Call Centre is closed? Why not wait for Monday? I paid for the on the 23rd of November (my pay day was 21st November) they offered to the Payment date to be moved to the 30th Starting December now they Have blocked the Cellphone demanding a second Payment for November 30 payment. Make it make sense so I am supposed to pay twice in November?
I think Aramex is no longer interested in providing delivery services. They should just close shop and move on. They put their Bins everywhere but don’t train the staff on what to do. It’s just the blond leading the blind. Train the people at where you have your post bins at. Just don’t assume people know what to do. If you say Overnight Delivery than it can’t be a full week and than when you Track it’s untraceable and everyone is clueless where the package is. Do better or just quit you are failing dismally.
So disappointed with Truworths On-Line. I bought Crocs on 2 occasions they sent wrong sizes. The 1st time I gave the Pair away. Ordered a second time they delivered wrong size again. They don’t offer recollections and the What’s App Agent I spoke to was rude and nonchalant. Their Online service is poor and trash. Their system is slow and behind. Maybe they shouldn’t offer On-line service if they don’t want to do it properly. Now I have to go to the Shop to exchange meaning the payment for delivery was a waste of money and my time.
