Burger King nkomo village, full of disrespectful women. I am so angry, the long wait just to be attended to by a disrespectful woman who made remarks that I cannot even type here. I will get that women’s name get more man to work there… women are pure evil at time. I’m very heart broken more than angry. I waited for my food that I payed with my own money only to be given disrespect.
This doctors are someway, from speeding up the call and being too quick to give a diagnosis, I was recently given wrong medication, I am pregnant and they prescribed medication not suitable for me, I did send an email and the reply was auto generated, I am so gutted, the risk they put me and my baby in is not forgivable. I called again today within 1 minute into the call they’ve already given a diagnosis not questions as to my past conditions or existing conditions, referred to GP only for the Gp to be confused as to why they came up with such a diagnosis, worse part is they prioritise giving you sick notes and letters and sending them so quickly, are this doctors measured on how long they take with a patient? It does not make sense, I am starting to ask myself if I am being assisted by doctors or nurses in training, it does not make sense. I am so displeased, I don’t think it’s worth having a doctor a call away when they just rush everything. I’ll be filling a formal complaint against the doctor who prescribed wrong medication.
Nkomo village mall McDonald’s. Poor service, waited 30 minutes before I got my food. Had a bounce cheese burger with no cheese. Felt like the front house is neglected and more effort placed on drive thru I’m really disappointed and frustrated. The front house staff is slow and almost no existent with old people serving. They need to hire more stuff, it’s clear current stuff is overworked or something, whatever it is, it’s affecting clients badly. I really went in trying to satisfy my cravings and got an opposite. I even bought another meal just to ease my cravings more. Please do something and change this narrative.

I have heard so many bad experiences about insurance when one has to make a claim. But my experience is the best and I do recommend this insurance to everyone and shout out to claudine for making this experience so nice 💯
