I’m disappointed by this insurance company. I recently made a claim via IUA business Solutions. It has dreaded over 3 weeks now. The correspondence has been a nightmare. I was recently told that my claim was selected for auditing by the insurer, which is Abacus. They said there hasn’t been any correspondence from their end, and that the assessor has even sent follow up correspondence to them by they don’t reply. This is disheartening, more especially because we all know about the costs we are incurred when a provider passes on.
I’m utterly disappointed at their service. Our claim hasn’t been processed, and it’s going for a month now. The communication is the worst, no correspondence whatsoever. We were told that the claim was selected for auditing by the insurer, which is Abacus Insurance. When asked how long that will take, at 1st they said 2 working days, after 4 days they said 5-7 working days…when that had passed they said “they don’t have a definite answer.” We are even starting to believe that they are a ****. Their service is very disappointing, more especially because we all know of the costs related to death.
Will our paid up letters ever be attended to? I've been persistently submitting mine for the past 3 months. Via email and the credit check web, however I have never been attended to. I need to have this sorted out for a personal matter.
I'm extremely disappointed in Experian SA. I've sent multiple emails regarding my paid up letter and made numerous calls to have the matter sorted out. However; I haven't recieved any response . It's been over 3 months now and this is causing problems for me.
The Makro stuff is truly taking me for a run now. After chasing them for more than a month now for my refund, I received an email from Tebogo. He said my matter has been approved. It's been more than 5 days since I received that email, I called to check the status and whoever I spoke to said the status has been changed to approved. I just called them again today and guess what? We're back to waiting for the finance department and the status of my refund is back to pending. You guys are the worst, this has caused such an inconvenience for my business.
I ordered a speedlite, it was delivered 3 weeks ago. I logged for a refund as it the firmware was not compatible with my Canon camera. It was collected that very week. However I have not received my refund until present. I've been calling them and the consultants are telling me they're waiting on the finance department. I am truly disappointed in Makro.
