Netcare Pinehaven have absolutely no care in the world for their patients. Today was my 3rd experience of their lack of commitment and service. My wife was booked for an operation, while waiting for theater her blood sugar dropped drastically so much so that she could not see propoerly. She requested help from the nurse and 2 hours later stilI no help was received. I had to phone the complaint department to get someone to assist. I would avoid this hospital if in need.. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!
We had an emergency whereby our 2 dogs were in a tussle with a Rinkhals snake and needed immediate attention on Mothers day which was a Sunday. We contacted various vets and there were not many who could assist with immediate treatment. After many calls we found that Rant en Dal were open from 16h00pm the afternoon. We raced there and were assisted immidiatley. The problem is that we requested what the costs will be and this while the dogs were already being treated. The prices that we were given during the treatment in their emergency room was different from what we were told at accounts. We paid R15k on the spot which was a 50% deposit according to the document we received yet in the emergency room the anti venom, treatment and stay would be around R15k. Fast forward to a day later we are now told that the costs will not exceed R15kper dogso we will likely pay R30k? If you know you cannot afford this amount why would you agree and leave your dogs there? We did not in principle agree to this inflated amount so I have decided to collect my dogs and transfer them to another Vet as I suspect that the dogs will be kept there in order for them to invoice the full amount as per accounts. I have no problem to pay but be upfront with costs and speak with one voice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My fibre service was cut today due to a reversed debit order. i have 2 lines with Vox. The first line of R899 pm is a couple of months old and I added an additional line about a month ago for R599pm which equates to R1400pm,. The sales person said that I will be debited R599 month end for the new line. Come mid month I received a debit request for R599 which I had accpeted, fast forward to month end I get debited R1400 and again R599? So I was debited twice thus the debit reversal. According to me my lines are paid up. Today both lines get cut? No explaination only the website shows no payment, account suspended. I tried multiple times to call but just get passed around from pillar to post with no resolution in site? Absolutely shocking and poor service from VOX TELECOM!!!!! Vox simply have no respect for their customers. I cannot wait for my term to finnish with this company. You will waste your valuable income for no service with this company! Stay Away
I had a FTTH line installed a year ago. In the process the technician found that it is appropriate to stay d on top of my new chest freezer damaging it in the process. Upon complaining the matter was not adequately addressed. Vox/Evotel sent the technical to apologise so in their mind that's enough. Fast forward a year later I request an additional line from Vox/Evotel as they are the only providers in our area. Lol and behold the technician instruct my worker to cut down a tree on the property without consulting us. More damaged suffered. When I lodge a complaint it gets met with utter ignorance not to mention arrogance. Then Vox don't get the password right which we requested as well? Is there no end to the incompetence in these companies? Shocking to say the least. I plan to take further measures to have this rectified. Time to lodge a civil case for damages incurred.
Pathetic service from the home insurance department. We were instructed by their contractors to go ahead and do a temporary repair on a burst pipe until they can get to us in an attempt to not switch off our water completely as the burst pipe was on the main water line feeding other homes as well. They now refuse to pay for the damages and just turn their back on us as clients. They throw policy wording at us yet it is them that sent their contractor to us who in turn advised that it will be fine to do the temporary repair myself. Really shocking service. This after paying many years of premiums.
Absolutely shocking service from this provider. The staff have no clue how to book installation appointments!!! Will definately not recommed anyone to go through this frustration. Poor service
