I have had no power for 2 days going on 3. This due to some refresh that needs to happen. I have called AFHCO service provider BXC meters on this for two days and they keep on saying they will send someone over. No support at all received from AFHCO except being told to call the service provider.
This company is ****. I have been without power for two days and they know what the problem is and they keep on saying they are going to send an electrician. There some refresh they need to do on the meter yet they just can’t send someone to do it. If you are renting or buying an apartment avoid by all means if electricity is managed by this company
Made a payment with an incorrect reference , the DSTV team can see the payment but refuse to allocate to my fathers account. They confirm that these funds are not allocated to any account. A month later and still not sorted after numerous follow up. Guess my fathers journey with DStv has come to an end. No paying another cent to this company again. Reference #131519829
Made an online purchase via the WICODE/Steers that failed to process. WICODE/Steers confirmed that the funds were immediately return to my RCS/Makro credit card. I have spent more money on air time calling RCS/Makro than the transaction itself. And to this day, almost 2 months later I am nowhere near getting my money back. The merchant team at RCS would blatantly ignore you and their call centre will just transfer you there even after telling them that they do not answer their phones or emails. The escalations team are also meaningly as they will not get back to you.
The most **** company I have ever dealt with. This **** and MTN combine will **** up your life. Just stay away
