They keep deducting money in my account even after I have communicated with them to cancel the policy. They don't respond on time when communicating with them using and email.
I have few months using their, and i was not informed that they charge a fee for receiving notifications. Instead they just send messages saying they will deducting money in my account for sms notification but is was not explained when the tracker was installed. Their is not effectively working as have been trying to deactivate those notification and I am still getting those notifications even after disabling notification options. I really regret opting for this app.
Poor service, I am very looking forward to terminate contract with them. Netstar tracker has not been active on my since June and they were unable to notice that, but kept deducting their monthly fees from my account. Meaning should something happen to my car or get ****** Netstar would not be able to track and trace it since their tracker is dysfunctional.
My Netstar tracker has not been active since the 5th of May 2025. I have not been able to download trip sheets as the app is only downloading one trip for the Month of May 2025 and they have been deducting for Netstar plus package for each and every month and no missed payment. They keep on disappointing me.
I am very disappointed with your car towing service provider because my did not arrive on agreed time at the dealership which caused so much inconvenience. Also I bought Nissan Magnite 1.0 acenta last year in March but it's already giving me problems, the car has system breaking fault and could start. This cause so much inconvenience as I have to wait to from the dealership without any estimated time on the possibility of getting my car fixed or being updated. I am really disappointed
Very bad the don't attend enquiries, I'm very disappointed, Currently paying R185. I was previouly paying R174.99. I was told that the package comes with a panic but they did not it to me. One of their technician broke my car while they installing a tracker
The admin staff was very rude and this was the second time being admitted, I was assisted by the same lady from my first and second admission.
