they allocated speeding traffic fines for me for cars that i do not own, do not know and have never driven or been a passenger of at places i have never been, how??? When asked to fix it they're sending me from pillar to post, for a them problem that they should be able to fix on their own.
1.They allocated a fine for me two vehicles that have been caught by speed camera in Matlosana, but those are not my vehicles- them and matlosana blame each other for the mishap and require me to use my work days to go up and down to fix their errors. 2.They keep harrassing me about traffic fines that I have already made payment for, long ago.
I’m very disappointed with the level of service received. The company operates multiple WhatsApp numbers but rarely responds to customer complaints. On the rare occasion that someone does reply, they simply shift the responsibility to someone else, with no real resolution. It feels as though they’re hoping customers will forget about their orders/returns, allowing them to get away with not delivering while keeping the payment. I’ve had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates on my order. To make matters worse, if the product doesn’t work, the return process is a nightmare. I’ve been waiting for a refund on a return I logged back in February — and to date, I’ve received no feedback or payment. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I am absolutely beyond furious with this telecoms company! My contract expired, and what should have been a simple account closure has turned into a never-ending nightmare. I've called multiple times, practically begging them to close my account, and they just refuse! They keep insisting the contract is still valid, even though it's EXPIRED. This is costing me more and more money every month – money I absolutely cannot afford to lose. I'm stuck in this ridiculous loop, paying for a service I don't want and shouldn't have to pay for. It's completely unacceptable. I'm at my wit's end! How can a company be so deliberately difficult? This is beyond frustrating; it's predatory! I'm warning everyone: steer clear of these guys!
Snatcher used to be slow to deliver, but over the years their processes have become quicker, even for orders that are shipped from overseas they arrive within a week. Some qualities are not on point though, let's just say you get what you pay for.
