Worst experience, order a contract phone from MTN instruction is to ask at reception for me when they are here and also to phone my work number that is provided, parcel went out for delivery but not to me and the only feedback is client not at the adress, i have been at the very same place waiting for about two weeks no phone call nothing only when i actually found out how to do their tracking on my parcel did i get feedback.
new Hungry Lion shop opened at Carlswald shopping centre Midrand, Double up Tuesday 2 x munch burger deals (burger only for R30) tried to order they said it is not on the system and gave me 2 munch burgers at R57.00 spoke to the manager and he also confirmed sorry that deals is not loaded on the system so they cannot give it to us we should pay full price or order something else. this is false adverti*****t and no customer care.

Pre-sales assistance is great but when it comes to deliver what is promised and after sales there is little to say because there is no assistance and or effort, there is no service and this drives me to never buy from We Buy Cars on finance ever again.
I want to thank Dowry security for leaving me with damage to my vehicle, this is the result of a reaction vehicle that is not roadworthy skipping a stop street as he responded to a "alarm", to make matters beter he admitted fault and when the supervisor arrived, there was words in an unknown language and the story changed as they started intimidating my wife that was woman alone at that stage, i know this as she phoned me once they moved to the parking area and was on the call the entire time, i was at work at the stage and felt so hopeless as it is in Midrand and i can hear three people shouting we will see you, the result at the end is that according to their competent supervisor is that we should do what we want to and they will do the same, their license disk on the vehicle also expired and when the supervisor saw that it was noticed he got more aggravated, this leaves me with a lot of damage and a wife that is afraid of the very same people that should protect us. Thank you Dowry Security for your in-competence in managing your staff. if you do a proper investigation in re-constructing the accident and take the damage as can be seen you will find there is not "story" your team can give that justifies the damages.
Poor service delivery, i am on medical aid and there was an amount not paid by them, i was never informed and or there is no attempt to get the money from me, the only attempt was when i received a final handing over letter from their lawyers about the money that i did not know of or it would have been paid, this shows there is no service they only wait the time out and hand you over, it is funny that the handing over lawyers will be able to get hold of me through my details provided but not the center to inform me that there is an amount that the medical aid did not cover - this is also too late now to try and recover from our gap cover.
