Good Afternoon, being an elderly person and not so up online procedures - I ended up on the Customer Care Platform being assisted by a gentleman named Niko Baloy, all I can do is compliment the company for hiring such a competent young man🙏🏻🙏🏻 He was amazing the entire length of our interaction - very patient and understanding that resulted in me being able to complete my transaction 🙏🏻 If all the employees as as capable as Niko I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer for many years to come❤️❤️ Thank you for giving us hope that there is TRUE Customer Maniacs still out there👍👍
Good Day, Firstly your Customer Care Line number does not work, the email address on the packaging also is invalid. I recently bought a 2.5kg of White Sugar - on opening it seems to be a mixture of Brown and white. This is false advertising - as I bake a lot - this could potentially affect the final outcome. The price was slightly cheaper but then inform the consumer of the mixture.
Swagga Breweries is a small diamond in Henley on Klip. They brew multiple types of beer and Gin. Their food is pub style and delicious. Live music over the weekend - very chilled and the kids have a ball in the playground. Staff are very friendly and obliging. Unwind and join in the fun.
Pre-booked a ride a day before to have eye surgery - 10 min before pick-up I received a notification to say they have no drivers. The cost was R306.00 for a 15 min drive. I had to drive myself and contact friends to pick me up plus my car. Disgusting service. Why accept a booking and then let you down .
I decided to order a set of 6 glasses from Yuppiechef and found some I liked on the Google website - priced at R699.00 delivery included. When I placed the order there was a delivery charge and I queried this with them, I received an email saying that any item under R700.00, did not include delivery charges. I then took a screenshot of the Google Add and was told that they would take it up with Google and their marketing Dep. they would not be charging for delivery. They said I should order and send through the code so that they could add the no charge to the paperwork. I received a non-payment notice over the weekend and I paid and sent them a screenshot of the payment - I was then informed it had to be in PDF format - even though it was same Bank to Bank. I’m old so that was not going to happen and I must admit James was very helpful. 14 emails later I was informed that they had no stock and would have to bring the item from the Cape, no happy - but agreed as this is a Birthday Gift. Today once again I received a mail for non payment, James assured me they are working on it BUT really this is exhausting and unnecessary, on one platform they state one thing and on their website it says something else. The Guys in the Customer Service Department have been very professional - especially James, but the companies policies and actual service is bad. I will not be putting myself through this stress again. Wake- up - your customers are important and times are tough.

Found this little gem of a guesthouse in Kroonstad - extremely helpful staff - beautiful rooms and bathrooms - full TV package. From a full English Breakfast to a tranquil pool in the garden. The overnight pricing is one of the best out there. Do yourself a favour and come and see for yourselves.
Booked accommodation on Booking.com - when I arrived at the accommodation they had quoted me the monthly rate as apposed to a 2 night stay. This quest house gave me an alternative - Nata Guest house - on arrival the place was undergoing a revamp but was open for business. The person showed me to a room and left - I noticed that the sliding door was broken and I approached the receptionist as to having it fixed and pay for the night only to discover that one could pay per hour for the room🤭🤭 there was no wardrobe in the room and the bedside draw was packed with ******s - there was no blankets or towels and on asking a see through towel and a bar of lifeboy soap was provided - a comforter was delivered in a zip bag. The bathroom has red and blue light bulbs and resembled a disco. Subsequently I slept in my clothes on top of this bed and was too afraid to touch anything. I departed at 6:00 the next morning. Stay away people, this is not a family friendly place to stay🙈🙈 I must compliment the receptionist - as he kept on apologising - even though it was not his fault. Disgusting that we have places like this😡
On the website it states that Statement of Results would take 3months - 8 months later - had to sort it out personally. Bad course and even worse communication.
