i need my money back
Good day I sent money via payshap on 17 September 2025. The receptient hasn't received the money and the money has been transferred from my side. We checked both our bank statement and verified the number but it is correct. i called you guys but the consultant said that you are aware of the problem and the money will be reversed in 30 minutes but it has not been reversed. i even sent you guys email but you havent responded.

i need my order as you are failing to return it to the supplier
I returned a temu parcel in May and it hasn't reached temu till to date. I have contacted temu but they gave me your number and said i should discuss everything with you. I need my parcel back because it has been 2 months now. i have tried calling, sending email and chatting with your bot but i have not received an answer.

Pathetic company
I was one the learners who were doing a nys in 2022. I 2023 they called us again to do bricklaying level 2 with them at Giyani Community hall but since then I haven't received my certificate.

I was part of the Limpopo rural development learnership at metropolitan life and they have registered me at UIF but whenever I try to communicate with them to receive the documents to apply for UIF but no one responds to my query and it's been 3 months now while emailing them .
