Receiving 2 SMSes asking for an OTP to authorize a payment I didn't prompt. At 00h00 midnight. Called your 0860 102 043 number for assist but ran out of airtime, while the consultant was asking for my ID, cellphone number and last 3 digits of my account number.

Placed an order at 13h11 on the Spar2U app. Delivery slot opted for 14h00 to 15h00. Order dispatched at 14h02. Its 15h04 and I haven't received any communication concerning my order or of any delays.
Ay shame. App, not working. Can't make any transactions. Keeps giving an error code for the padt 4 hours.
Placed an order over the weekend. Delivery during the order was promised for the 25th Nov. I received a call on the 24th Nov, stating that the product I ordered is put of stock and they are awaiting stock. I haven't received any further feedback from you concerning the stock availability and when I possibly might get my order. I'd appreciate feedback concerning the possibility of stock arrival and ETA of my order post receiving the awaited stock.
Still awaiting tangible actions from Momentum over 9 months since claim was put. Late estate account will close at this rate.
