My last 4 orders have been a problem. This latest one, just like the last one I got the wrong product delivered.<br> <br> I use takealot because it is supposed to be quick and easy. You order online, normally the next day you get it to your door.<br> <br> I ordered last week Friday, the wrong order came Monday. This was after trying to deliver to my offices on Saturday when I am not here, and then giving the order to someone else and not me on Monday. No tracking updated on the website so I didnt even know it was delivered.<br> <br> I immediately logged an exchange, received a response yesterday that something would be done and then nothing again. By the time I get my order, I wont need it anymore since I need it for camping on the weekend.<br> <br> I have asked for updates, and I am getting ignored so I am trying on this forum. I dont know what is going on there but I think I need to take my business elsewhere.
I had my house broken into and most of my electronic possessions stolen. In this situation I do not want to deal with paperwork and administration. I had to make a claim and normally this type of thing brings headaches/stress and I would expect it not to be a pleasant thing to go through.<br> <br> I was wrong. Budget Insurance and Telesure made it a very simple process to deal with. Deon was to the point, fast and understandable and before I knew it everything was sorted out. It was a pleasure, thank you for giving me hope in customer service again.
