My Haval H2 went in to CMH Volvo & Haval on 2026/01/19 with a blown turbo. To their credit, my insurace policy took a long time to assess and to give the go ahead for replacement of the turbo. Thereafter it has been reason after reason, stock shortage after stock shortage. In total I have made 21 calls to the dealer, and I've received 9 calls back. My car has been at the dealer for almost 2 months now and still has not been repaired. I got the idea that because it was a insurance claim ( and I am fully aware of the delay in insurance authorizations) , my car and its repair has been placed on the back burner..... I received an sms from the workshop on 02/03/2026 that there is still no expected time of delivery of a new turbo.. I find it fascinating and absolutely dissapointing that a turbo for a Haval H2 can seemingly not be found by the Haval dealers themselves. I would strongly discourage anyone from risking having to go through the same experienece! R S

What a terrible service from Haval CMH,We went there and inquire about the head light bulb for our Haval H2 if they can help us put it in because the current one is damaged and they said to us they will be able to help us for free we can buy the light is R241.00 and after buying the bulb they said to us they won't be able to help us because they are too busy with other cars and we must pay R750.00 for labour and they never disclosed that from the beginning.I told them that I want to return the bulb because the money is too much I will take it to Haval Springs where we bought the car because they always give a best service and because our is still under warranty they will put it for us for free,the lady who was assisting us told us that they are not part of Haval group they won't be able help us for free.Their customer service sucks and I won't recommend my friends and families to go to any CMH Haval.

Sent GWM Steed ( 6months old) for speedo cluster replacement on 04 April 2023. Still waiting for the workshop managers feedback after several phone calls. Very poor service from Haval Silver Lakes..

This is a business that has no idea what customer service means and mix that in with an unreliable car and a lack of capability to resolve technical issues. What a disaster. I had a H2 Haval with 50 000km on the clock that kept breaking down and just started shaking without any power. We were send back home with the car 5 times over the last year with feedback that the car is now fine. No it was not. To top it all of, they damaged the car with a truck wile in their shop over the last two weeks again. They then proceeded with repairs without my approval and the dealer principal was quick to let me know that they don't have to fix the damage according to their terms and conditions, but they already did it for me because they are verry nice. I have also now been waiting for the replacement of a aircon pipe on a H1 because according to the dealership, they wait very long for warrantee claim approvals.
