MiWay not recommended.
Simply trying to have a valuable insured with MiWay seems to be an impossible task. I will definitely NOT recommend MiWay. Rather use someone else.

FNB Business Poor service
I ordered a new FNB Gold Business Debit Card on 01/06/2024 After several phone calls to FNB Business I still havent received my new card Now I have to try and run a business with no debit card!! Poor service from FNB!!

DialDirect poor service!
DialDirect requested to install a tracking unit in my vehicle, I asked them numerous times to arrange the installation with Netstar. They keep sending me reminders to have the unit installed or I will only have 3rd party insurance. STILL NO ORDER/ INSTALLATION arranged from them to date?!?!?!

Haval Silver Lakes workshop VERY POOR SERVICE

FNB Poor Service.
Ewallet was sent to a person and just before money was given ATM went off due to maintenance. FNB was contacted and I had to fill in a ATM Dispute form. This was submitted on 13/09/2022. Still NO FEEDBACK was received although they promise feedback in 5 - 6 days. Also tried calling FNB without success.

SANI FLEET RENTAL deducts money without ANY notification or proof from my Business Account for a Traffic Fine. Can this be classified as FRAUD!????

NATIS DOCS after account was settled from Wesbank
Sold a vehicle and requested NATIS Docs from Wesbank in Feb 2022. Still have not received any Docs after several calls etc. Very POOR SERVICE and I will not use Wesbank again.
