Savanna Packaging
I am happy with Savanna Dry as an alcohol beverage but, I am specifically discontent with its current packaging, of 330 ml bottles from 6 to 12 in a single packaging. It always drops out and breaks, our stores like SPAR Tops, Shoprite, Local bottle stores do not take responsibility whatsoever. Pls contact me on 071 621 8177/079 073 8933.

1 review is under statement, I am an aggrieved customer about prices displayed on shelves are not the same when you pay for those good at the till. This is ******** behaviour, I am referring to GAME in Pietermaritzburg 191 Chief Albert Luthuli Street. I will lodge a complaint against them formally.

One of your employees, Ms. Samantha Edwards was driving Toyota Starlet with the registration number BP 27 FG ZN (XS) hired by your company drove onto my vehicle on the 24th August 2024, KZN Pietermaritzburg and damaged, specifically causing a dent and damage to the right door. I want to commend the Car Track accounts department for their exceptional service, particularly in their handling of my interaction with Ms. Nthabising Duze. Earlier today, I had a phone conversation with her regarding an outstanding deficit related to my Car Track subscription. I am absolutely delighted with Ms. Duze's performance, and I wholeheartedly rate her a perfect 9/10 for her extraordinary telephone etiquette, unwavering patience, and remarkable friendliness. Ms. Duze possesses a rare talent for transforming potentially awkward situations into moments of genuine laughter. Her responsiveness, effectiveness and ability to address concerns with grace and professionalism truly set her apart. This experience with her has been nothing short of outstanding, and I am immensely impressed by her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. She is an asset to the Car Track team, and I am grateful for her assistance today.
