I have no way to cancel my Telkom contracts - I have immigrated and cant contact the relevant department to cancel. Telkom doesn't provide any alternatives other than an unusual number that doesn't work with international roaming. Please cancel all my contracts if you get this with immediate effect.
I am trying to cancel my insurance from overseas but they dont have any email. The only way I can do it is via phone according to them. I have sent a request on the app to email me in the note but have heard nothing. I would love for someone to contact me via email so I can change my rating. and also cancel my policy with immediate effect.
Tried to cancel my policy they want to charge another full months premium. When I ask to speak to the manager after getting a ton of back chat the call gets hung up. Terrible service. This after waiting on the line for almost 10mins just to speak to someone in the first place. Stay away from Discovery!
I went on to the FNB app and used the chat function which seems like a great idea. (avoid going to the bank etc) But after 30 mins of asking a simple question to know if I need pay manually for a bounced debit order they say I need to call a number and they can assist?! Why keep me stringing along for 30 mins to give me that as a solution? I have had this multiple times with FNB. The consultant just passes the buck if its to much admin for them. Where is the customer service? Where is going the extra mile to make the customers life a little easier? I am now going to have to go into the bank cos I know if I call they are also just going to pass the buck Now when I want to hold them accountable and get contact details to speak to a manger no response. This is not the first person either, it seems like they are specifically trained to do this. FNB you need to do some customer service training for you call centre and messaging staff!
Subject: Disappointed with PartServe Chanel Support - Unfair Pricing Practices I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by PartServe Chanel Support for the repair of my printer. Incredibly, I was charged a staggering R4400 for a repair that I believe is grossly overpriced, especially when considering that the printer's market value is only around 2-3 thousand Rand. What has truly raised my concern and suspicion is that, upon researching my previous interactions with PartServe, I discovered that the same company had repaired the exact same issue on my printer for a mere R1000 just a year ago in 2022. This drastic and seemingly arbitrary increase in pricing is unjustifiable and leaves me feeling like I've been taken advantage of as a customer. Moreover, it's concerning to speculate that PartServe may be intentionally pricing their services exorbitantly to push customers into a position where they feel compelled to discard their printers rather than pay such excessive service fees. This, in turn, would potentially allow PartServe to acquire discarded printers at a lower cost, repair them inexpensively, and then sell them as refurbished units, essentially profiting from their own pricing practices at the expense of customers. While I acknowledge that this is solely my viewpoint, the pricing disparities and inconsistency undeniably raise questions about the situation.
