Good morning to the best two ladies I ever met in the business world. This rating is for Planet Nails Parkrand Boksburg. I just need to say thank you to Kayla and Jenene that's always so helpful and friendly but also very professional ladies. I can walk anytime in that shop, and they are always willing to help me and explain what I might doing wrong and give me advice and show me how to do this. It is not even an effort for them to take their time to help me. This I call customer services and you don't get that anymore. Kayla and Jenene you are amazing people and a big asset for Planet Nails. You are the Brand girls keep it up. Thanks that you went out of your way to help me and even send me video's how to do my nails step by step. I already picked up where did I went wrong. So, people if you need any help, please call Planet Nails Parkrand Boksburg you will get service with a smile.
Regarding my query with Vodacom.After this complaint Mr De*** Da**** phoned me back from Vodacom on the 9th July 2024 and said he saw my complaint and he will take it up to management and somebody will phone me back regarding my problem.On the other hand a lady phoned me on the 11th of July 2024 to offer me an airtime contract with nothing about my dispute of my data contract.This morning(15June2024)I received an sms "Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1TTX-1QHF1R has been closed. Thank you Vodacom."So nobody phoned me regarding my dispute about my service ticket getting closed by Vodacom without any feedback. VODACOM - I have a data contract. I have an account with Vodacom for many years. This year I am experiencing bad service from them. I upgraded my data contract in Feb 2024, they phoned me because my contract expired, and I just have a month-to-month contract. They offered me a very good special. The deal was R99.00 including Vat. So, I renewed my contract again for 2 years. In May 2024 somebody in Vodacom upgraded my data contract without my permission. They work with Codes and not Names and the person is (SHETT002) who upgraded it. I tried to sort out my account from 4 June 2024 with no luck. Vodacom blocked my number so I cannot phone any number at Vodacom for help. It says there are too many phone calls from your cell number, so we plot your number. So, I as the customer cannot phone the provider because Vodacom decided to make too many calls from my cell to them, so they plot it. So, I need to know how Vodacom expects me to sort my own account out? They even took the new contract amount from my bank account. One lady is trying to help me. Her name is Pab### (she will know who she is cannot make her name Publick) she sent an email that somebody must investigate and give some feedback. Pab### I just need to say thank you, but her hands are cut off. She cannot give me any answers because she did her part to escalate the problem but that's how far it stays. Nobody comes back with feedback who gave the person the right to upgrade my account without my permission. I also need to know Vodacom. Are you going to put my contract back to the original agreement in Feb 2024 for R99.00? It will be nice if I get feedback and also my money back that you took from my bank account.Another question is if you have a fixed two 2-year contract in my mind it must stay the same amount for two (2) years because why is it the use to have a contract?Thanks, in advancedOne unhappy customer
I must just say SweepSouth company is excellent. The people they have are really top-class people. My lady who is helping me is professional, hard worker, friendly and always go the extra mile. I just need to say Vodacom Direct is awesome. Simeon Dan Maits went out of his way to help me. He was very professional and friendly. Did answer all my questions and explain everything. They had problems with their lines, and he said he will phone me back and he did. Customer service from Vodacom Direct is the best. I even emailed his manager to inform the manager that I am so impressed with Simeon. He is GOLD employee for Vodacom Direct. So, Vodacom Direct has awesome people (customer care department). They are very helpful and friendly I am dealing a lot with Letitia Abdull and she go out off her way too help me She is always friendly and professional and give me always feedback what I am requesting. Awesome too work with her. Overall Virseker really the best. I was by another assurance for so many years and I never received the same treatment as by Virseker. Virseker never interrupts when you are busy asking questions. If somebody need a new short term assurance they must really try Virseker. If you asked them to phone you back they always do. So Virseker keep it up you are one awesome company.
