I'm very angry and frustrated,I'm a customer of mweb,I purchased a wifi with you guys in July I paid and they came to install,August I couldn't make payment because I had problems and bare in mind the consultant never explained to me if I don't pay for the month my contract will be canceled she only said if I decide to cancel the order,il be charged a fee,I ddnt cancel anything but the decide to cancel the account and charge me without calling me,also they consultatant didn't share the terms and conditions after the call,now they saying I'm owing R3600 when I queried about the account and they have sent me to creditors,I can't pay for something I didn't cancel,who ever that canceled my account must state why they canceled it because I ddnt request for a cancelation and a recoding was sent to me but I ddnt hear the consultant telling me about not paying will cause any cancelation please investigate more on this matter. Their service is very bad 👎 I've never had such horrible experience in my life,they don't solve the problem instead they take you to creditors to charge you more money even when it's not your fault,il never ever open an account with mweb and they have more bad reviews then good to show how bad their service is,my data even finished before the month end and we hardly at home 🏡. Won't even recommend you to anyone horrible service that you guys give
Monday the 16th around 8.30 we visited chicken licken diepkloof zone wat a horrible experience we had we waited 30mins on the driver thru queue we get to order the guy says he doesn't have enough plain meat can he give us 2 pieces plain and the rest hot we agreed when we get to the window to pay he tells us that the meat is finished we asked him wat now coz we've been waiting for so long n other shops are closed so wat now he calls his manager a lady came n we explained wat wrong she looked at us like so wat do you want me to do I don't care after arguing she said to us she will cook the meat but it's going to take 15mins we said okay;she said u can wait at the parking lot sharp,guess what after 7mins a lady comes brings the order n when I opened to check n taste the chicken is hot 🔥 🥵 when we took it back n asked for our money we where given a very bad attitude by the manager lady n oupa the other manager the where not bothered on wat happened they didn't even apologize,we has a very horrible experience and there's alot of bad reviews about that shop without looking they going to lose alot of customers.
Experienced a bad service there's no customers service,there's only one cashier working they need to hire more staff and training their staff more on customer service they don't acknowledge customers or even greet them,instead they want a customer to greet them first that bull**** .
The service there is very bad,there's long queues everyday and short staffed managers are just sitting in the information desk and not assisting,the cashiers there are very rude,they don't greet customers they want customers to greet them instead what kind of customer service is that the company needs to do more customer service training because wow it's very bad when it comes to customer service and they need to hire more staff because customers stand in the queue for 30mins or more something needs to be done .
I went to Mr price Clearwater and the great service I got from the stuff was amazing always willing to assist when help is needed thank you so much for the great service I rate you 5star service 😀.
I ordered on shein on the 15may and my order was here on the 20th I got everything I ordered and the clothes where so nice amazing service I got and they were very quick with my order. Five star 🌟
Their service is very bad they can't use their own systems to help u wit a problem they created ,I've paid them but they ddnt give me my paid up letter, I've been calling them but they can help me ,they have now sent my account to nimble but it's blocked 🚫 so how can I pay an account that they can't even access that's bull****, I have important things to do n nimble is standing on my way because of ****en mtn I'm very ****ed off right now I can't get any help from mtn they ****en useless nxa.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Mtn is failing to help me with my account I've called them seeking help they been sending me from pillar to post 📫 poor customerservice, I've paid them along time ago, but I can't get my paid up lette,I've also sent them an email but no response ,I want u to clear my name asseblif 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
I just saw you're company name on my credit score profile, I don't remember oweing any one ,can you please remove your account there because you affect my chances of buying a home for my kids ,if it's mtn that sent you, I've paid them off via ssda 30 August 2021 ,asseblif remove your account from my profile 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬
I've paid them off long ago but they still sending my account to different debt collectors ,now they have sent my account to nimble and I don't owe anyone ,can nimble please clear my name asseblif 🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡.
