I'm Mpumelelo Jobela, received a call on the 15th of July from Mutual Credit Solutions telling me how I'm overcharged by Absa bank. They've told me that they can reduce my monthly installments. I said I'll think about it, they wanted my ID copy of which I didn't send. Next day I see a debit mandate on my banking app, asked them to cancel it and they said they need my ID copy to cencel. They joined for me without my consent and ID, now refusing to cancel. Please anyone assist
I took my car Mazda CX3 2.0 for service to Eastern Cape motors East London on the 5th of September. I noticed that they have changed my spare wheel and the jack because the one they gave me has never been used before and the size is smaller. I have used my spare wheel three times and there is no way it can be this new. I went to them and told them about it, they didn't wanna give back my used spare wheel and said all the Mazda comes with that spare wheel. My spare wheel rim was all black and the one they gave me has a yellow rim and has never been used. The manager said I must give them proof of the tire I had, told them I didn't take photos because I didn't know this would happen, they refused to even check on their cameras. If this was a white person they would have jumped but because I'm black had accept their *****ed work. I will never ever trust them again and it was my second time buying a car from them but they are ******
Good day I have been harassed by phone calls from MBD since August this year, stating that I'm owing a Vodacom account that I know nothing about. I told them I've never used a Vodacom account /opened a contract with Vodacom. Today I was checking my credit profile on clear score, found out that they have added the "account" on my profile and it says I opened the account in April this year of which I didn't. Please assist in what can I do because I'm not going pay any to Vodacom, I want them to remove that account or my credit profile Thank you

I have been trying to contact Guard risk insurance with no luck, all the branches number says "No response" when I was buying my car, I was told it's a tracker. A year later another tracking campany started deductions. I've been trying to call Guard risk to ask what do they cover my car for but their numbers are not even ringing. I have comprehensive cover with my insurance and been wanting to cancel this guard risk
