I AM SO DISGUSTED IN AFRIHOST AND VUMATEL FOE THE PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDED. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN A SPACE OF 2 DAYS MY WIFI IS OFF DUE TO A "FIBRE OUTAGE" AS THEY SAY .YET THEY SEND 1 PERSON TO FIX MY NEIGHBOURS LINE WHILE I CALLED AND REPORTED IT AT THE SAME TIME. THEN YOU GET THESE IDIOT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT OBKENG WHO WAS SO SO RUDE AND SCREAMED AT ME ON THE LINE STATING I'M *********** AND WILL HAVE TROUBLE PAYING MY ACCOUNT WHEN ITS DUE LIKE WHAT THE ACTUALLY HELL. I PAY OVER R600 EVERY MONTH ON TIME FOR THEM TO NOT PROVIDE ME WITH INTERNET FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS AND FOR AGENTS TO DISRESPECT AND DEGRADE ME DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM A WOMEN AND THE AREA I LIVE IN. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER FELT SO DISGUSTED AS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE MANAGEMENT ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND WHEN YOU CALL BACK TO TALK TO THEK THEY SAY THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER OR THE MONEY THEY PAY AS THEY FEEL LIKE ESKOM AND CUT YOUR INTERNET ACCESS WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND LIE ABOUT OUTAGES IN YOUR AREA. DO NOT JOIN THEM THEY ARE THE WORSE EVER. BEST INTERNET PROVIDER MY FOOT.
They call me to make an arrangement to pay the loan amount off over 2 months, but then they double deducted me by having the agent lie to. The collection agent told me that only one debit will go off and the other debit will be cancelled he even emailed me and they they refusing to give my money back. I am a single mother and now I can't pay my rent. Then the manager was rude they horrible people will never use this place again and no one should
Bad customer service and even worse been waiting for my refund for more then 12 days already. I had to pay for my own shoes to be collected R99, that was too big when it arrived even though it was my size. I am discussed with the service and with the fact that I have wait for my own money so long, this place should be shut down and asses by the Consumer Protection Act, they clearly misleading customer with the information in the website, till today I still did not receive my refund. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
I have been trying to call them but no contact number is working as all has just stopped working and no longer exist. They debited my account twice without my permission, they said I was one month behind and I was not, they listed me as now in arrears on my credit profile, and when I emailed them my bank statement no one ever responded to me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PLEASE BE CAREFUL THIS COMPANY IS A **** AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I want my one-month money back and a number that actually works when you call but they ignore you because they ***** your money and then just debit your account like they want, this is not fair or right.
