Took my daughter for breakfast. Waited very long for our order. Had to get up and remind them. Customer that came in after us got his order before us. They clearly forgot about our order. No ketchup. Was told that it's finished... Shocking. Lazy and don't care attitude. Very disappointing. Won't be going there again.
Ordered a necklace for my daughter's 8th birthday. Her first necklace BTW. It just snapped. I tried to fix it as she was very disappointed. Had to returned the necklace as it kept breaking. Very poor quality. Takealot wants to return the necklace to me. Very surprised at their service especially since the product is of such poor quality.
A very big Thank You goes out to Bashir Osman at Vodacom Bluff branch, Hillside Mall in Durban for providing exceptional service. I was unfortunately going through a very bad experience with Vodacom for months, which caused me to become a very irate customer. I had to liaise with different staff from different departments and I was becoming more and more fed up each day. After explaining my problem to Bashir, he stepped in immediately with a very positive and professional attitude. The manner in which Bashir approached the problem certainly stood out. I was very pleased with the efforts he had put in. He did everything he could to assist. He kept me updated and also followed up with me until the matter was finally resolved. Thank you again Bashir and keep up the great work. I wish you all the success in your career. May God bless you abundantly.
I went out of my way and signed a WiFi contract with Vodacom in November 2022 and nearly two months later I am still waiting for delivery. I keep getting stories from the people involved that there are system issues. Even after emailing ceo@vodacom.co.za I still have no joy. My business and family including my elderly parents are all extremely inconvenienced and are being affected financially. I have record of all the correspondence from all the staff involved. Noone is actually going that extra mile to assist. Just so pathetic. Do these people even know how to do their jobs???? What does customer service mean to them?
I sent this email to Zando customer complaints on 2 January 2019 and have to date not received a response: "To whom it may concern, I ordered an expensive pair of Bata sandals for my father who is quite elderly in hope that the sandals will be comfortable for him, and durable. We received the item at the end of October 2018. Last week, my father nearly tripped due to the stitches of the sandal strap starting to come apart. The sandals is practically torn open. I am very ashamed and disappointed, not at all expecting this from the Bata brand. In light of the above, I request that Zando please take back this bad and fake quality pair of sandals and refund my account so that I may purchase another pair of sandals for my father. Thank you in anticipation." People of today do not have time or money to waste. When we pay the price for quality and get a raw deal in return, it is extremely frustrating. I will in future not recommend shopping at Zando to anyone due to the poor quality of their products and customer service. And the branded items that they advertise such as the Bata shoes I purchased is clearly FAKE.
The brand of nappies I usually use on my little one was out of stock so I purchased Pampers Premium instead. Huge mistake. It made my baby feel very uncomfortable. I was shocked to see that the straps actually bruised her skin near her hips. The yellow part of the strap feels extremely hard, sharp and dangerous. Used it very carefully and hoped it would be as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, it left a tons of fluff on my babies bottom which we've never experienced before??Definitely not suitable for babies. I am currently treating the bruises on my little one. Very unhappy.
My parents who are pensioners have had numerous struggles with Cell C in the past including telephonically and in certain stores. The Cell C store in La Lucia Mall has certainly made all the difference! They were so impressed with the friendly and POSITIVE environment that they actually won't mind travelling a further distance, to this particular branch, should they need to resolve any issues with Cell C again. My husband and I were also very pleased with the manner in which Niresh assisted my parents. He was very patient and understanding as well as efficient. Niresh took the time to ensure that all my parents needs were met and provided remarkable service overall. We also sensed good team spirit all round. All the staff members looked approachable and willing to assist. Thank you again Cell C La Lucia for your outstanding service!

This rice became a family favourite until we found weevils creeping out during boiling! What shocked me most was that it was meant to expire the following year ie. November 2017. <br> <br> Very disappointing. This is an expensive rice compared to others in the market and we trusted the brand especially. <br> <br> Hard to purchase this brand in the future. I purchased the rice which was the large pack, at Pick n Pay on the Bluff and I no longer have the receipt to return it.. Very upsetting and a waste of time and money! <br> <br> NB. I informed Tiger brands via their website but no response to date. <br>
