On Thursday 1 of the stokvel ladies sent me R33 thousands via her daughter's account and capitec blocked the funds because they suspected *****. I then texted them on the number provided and explained everything to them. The message that indicates that my account was cleared and I will get my funds. Till to date my money accessible and I have been chatting with different agents they all telling me different stories, some told me to send the documents and I did 3 times with different agents. Today I am receiving a new story that says the dispute was never lodged. I just want my money because I have errands to run.
I wrote a complain last week Wednesday the only reply I got from home choice was here on hello Peter no phone call no email. I went as far as calling the home choice legal department my call was never answered I held for more than an hour they kept on dropping my calls without talking to me
I am very frustrated by home choice. I had an account with them back in 2019. They handed me over to a certain debt collector and I paid the account back in 2021 they kept on listing me with different debt collectors using different reference numbers in 2023 I lodged a complain with ombudsman and they finally gave me a paid up letter and I submitted to all the debt collectors they listed me with. They listed me again this year with bridge depth I lodged a complain with them yesterday till to date I haven't received any response from them. We really need to boycott home choice because their services are extremely poor
I am so annoyed by bridge depth I was handed to them by home choice and the account was paid up long time ago (2021) I took them to ombudsman then the paid up letter was sent but I was not removed from itc till todate I can't buy a car, house worse part bridge depth doesn't have a telephone number nor email address
I took a car insurance with iwize then canceled 2022 December. Till to date it appears on my credit record as active. I went to their branches twice to get it removed. They told me the same story everyday. They always tell me that they didn't list me however it's there and it's really jeopardizing my credit score
I am very much aggrieved by Metropolitan. I took a hospital insurance in 2022 in August. I was informed that it's gonna mature in 6 months. Last year July I was admitted at the hospital when I went to them so I can claim they told me that the insurance waiting period was 3 months not 6 months as it was said. My daughter was admitted at the hospital January 2023 so we claimed and they told me that they want proof that she is my daughter and we were given wrong and forms to be filled by Dr's. We didn't manage to get the unabridged birth certificate and I told them. After giving them what they wanted they wanted an affidavit that confirms that my daughter was at school I sent it. They now want the records from the Dr that was treated my daughter and another proof from school. They want this after this.
I bought a airtime through capitec app last night so just because I owed it paid my debt. This morning I requested R10+R5=R15 then bought a daily combo of 1GB ans 30 min vodacom to vodacom and add 100MB Facebook to my surprise I got 100MB data which is not what I bought. I called vodacom client service to enquire about this. I spoke to a male consultant and explain what happened and he asked me to hold come back to me in 2 min he asked me to explain what I have already explained to him and I did and he said he wants to ask me security questions which I didn't mind he asked when was the last time I bought airtime then I informed him and he said their records doesn't show that I bought airtime so he can't help me. I mean what other vodacom do we have and what he said to me doesn't make sence and I didn't get help and it's not the first time of such happening however I didn't make any follow ups. I feel that vodacom service is kaak
