After 7 working days I have still not received my resume which I have paid for. When I query when it is coming, I get the standard response that it takes 2 to 7 working days. I have paid for a service that I have never received, can't but help feel that I have been **********.
Ordered food and it was being delivered but as the driver was about a kilometre away he suddenly told me he had an accident. As it was so close to where I live I decided to get in my car and go and see. When I got there there was no accident the driver was chatting to his friend. Therefore I said he must deliver the food but to do that he had to transfer the food from his friends delivery basket to his. He clearly had ****** the food and passed onto his friend but I caught them in the act. Watch out for this ****.
I bought a VW Polo in 2018 from McDulings in Booysens. I traded in my vehicle at Ford last week whilst purchasing a new car only to find out the spare key provided by Mcdulings was never the correct one and never matched the car. I asked them to find the correct key but they cant. I was never provided the correct key when I bought the car and now they want R5000 for the replacement key. This should be replaced for free but they refuse. This message is for Volkswagen South Africa hold your dealers to account and get them to refund me the money for the spare key.

I have written on various occasions asking when it will be delivered but do not get a reply. Beware of the following website duneshoessouthafrica.com and email: Arlen Dunbar <service@bestinmail.com>
Not a very pleasant experience for a number of reasons. if you don't follow up, they completely forget about you. The fridge could spend weeks there and they would not look at it. Secondly it broke down a second time with an intermittent fault. These happened to another 7 - 8 Samsung fridges from other customers. Goes back to the workshop and then it's working, all they can say they don't know why this is happening but never do any testing on the components to check why it is an intermittent fault. Lastly, I was told 3 months warranty on parts then only to be told when tacking it back there is no warranty on parts, which is clearly stated on the back of the invoice. They whole attitude comes across as I don't care and I am going to do nothing.
I have a Peugeot Dynamic 1.6 dynamique took for repairs at Fourways because of noisy brakes on the 9th January 2020. I was phoned back with a quote of R4500 front and rear brake pads. Firstly ridiculous quote for pads and labour. I decided not to do the work at Peugeot and bought my pads at MIDAS(front and rear R1099) and took the vehicle into HI-Q to do the work this Saturday 11 January 2020. The labour charge at IQ R700 only, How does Peugeot Fourways in their right mind come to R4500.00? Secondly when we removed the rear callipers there was nothing wrong with the rear brake pads. I was lied to by Peugeot Fourways, they tried to scam me for wanting to do rear pads that did not need replacement. Blatant dishonest behaviour! Head office needs to take the dealer principle to task . Unfortunately I had already bough the rear brake pads at a cost of R599 ex Vat. I would expect Peugeot to refund me the amount, hahaha Peugeot SA does not take accoutability I must be dreaming. The best is still to come , please don’t go away. When we removed the front right calibre the front right interior of the brake disk was very, very badly scared and very thin. Also one of the pads was missing. Why did Peugeot Fourways not pick this up? Very, very reckless not to mention possibly putting my wife’s life in danger if the disk disintegrated, secondly the car would pull to one side when under braking with such huge scaring, another possible dangerous situation could arise from this. On top of this I had to buy 2 new front brake disks at a cost of roughly R2000.00 and wasted my whole Saturday morning getting the car fixed and sourcing parts.
Went to the Virgin Active in Cedar Square to do some swim training . I got in the pool and the water was freezing went to complain to the manager and she told me that the heating was set at the heat pump to 23 degrees celcius. How in god's name can you heat a pool in the middle of winter with 23% comming from the heat pump. In summer you are heating at the bump around 27/28 degrees so in winter I would expect at least 29 to 31 degrees. Disgusting what am I paying subscriptions for? So I cannot train..
I have been going to Virging active cedar square for roughly four years now and complaining the pool is cold for the same time period. Went on Tuesday the 15th September and it was cold as usual. Spoke to the manager and she told me she was not aware. So now I understand they never bother to check the temperature of the pool, what does that meen they dont give s**** about the customer. I am going there today again let see if anything was done, lets put money on it nothing has changed.
Car was taken to Peugeot for a clutch replacement on the 6th Dec 2018. They said it would take 3 days to source the part after phoning them the was no clutch at head office . They Said it would take 2 weeks to order from France today is the 15 Jan 2019 and they still do not have the part. I have phoned them on numerous occasions over the last 6 weeks and they do not phone you back , even spoke to dealer principle. They have only owned up now that the part will only arrive 31 st Jan 2019 after me phoning head office. They have now sourced a clutch locally after 6 and a half weeks why was this not done weeks ago. They have left me without a vehicle for 6 weeks with not even a sorry or an offer to give me a loan vehicle. On top of it all this is the second clutch in 4 years the first one collapsed on the way back from Polokwane leaving us stranded on the highway. Peugeot should actually replace this clutch for free; that will never happen since they know their product is ****. Please do not ever buy a Peugoet probably the best thing for them to do is to pull out of South Africa and avoid frustrating South Africans any further.
