One of the Worst dealerships in GP. The car I bought was involved in an accident and they didn’t want to admit. I take the car back almost every month for repairs it keeps coming back with the same faults and more problems
MiWay insurance has been the worst since the start of my third party claim. At first they blamed me for an accident that their client is responsible for.. now they are delaying with an assessment report and an offer. Meanwhile my storage bill is increasing on a daily basis
MiWay contacted me regarding my claim over 4 days ago. They were supposed to get back to me on the 2nd of November but never did. When I call back the line doesn’t go through. Please help and be on the lookout
MiWay is refusing to pay for third party claim. Their client DS Mogashoa changed statements and failed to mention that he is the one at fault. The consultant (Sphesihle Mbuli) responsible for my claim (Claim reference C1741436) failed to answer the questions I asked around this claim and said they only spoke to their client and because MiWay was not at the crime scene, they don’t know what actually happened and they will go with their clients version of the events. When I referenced that the statement on the AR 102/10/2023 states that their driver is at fault she couldn’t answer. MiWay has given me the worst service and experience ever and would like people to be aware of the incident and their behaviour which is very unprofessional.
