! Bad service staff
The Standard Bank at 51 Voortrekker Road, Mafikeng mall is so slow and very causal. The staff members walk out to buy food in working hours. No respect for customers.

Disrespectful and Abusive Manager
The Manager of the recently new pep home at Mafikeng Mall is gruesomely harsh and disrespectful to his employees which makes us uncomfortable when buying items at the shop. She needs to be changed or the shop will not make any significant profit. I’m disgusted by her behaviour.

Clicks Morena Mall 👎🏾
Clicks is the go to store I go to all the time, but I was highly disappointed when I went to the branch in morena mall in mafikeng. As I walked into the store I saw some items (tumeric soap) being hidden and sold behind the paying counter… when I went to the isle where it’s supposed to be (just to check) it’s apparently “sold out”… so it basically means the employees at that clicks branch hide some items for their friends… 😳😳😳 they might as well don’t advertise those items if we will never get them at the store cos clearly there’s some secret operation going on there.

Stipend delays
If you come from a struggling household, I suggest you consider twice before being funded by sasseta because certain administrator will not pay on the stipend on time and that can be for two months or so. Imagine if you are on internship at another province and renting for a typical example… that is frustrating

Bad service 👎🏾
Mr Price in Mafikeng refuses to refund us when we ordered online and forces us to exchange whereas we don’t want to… most of the employees there are rude.

The Leather Lab Co ****
This company sells watches, wallets, bag etc. made of leather. I ordered a watch, and paid R260 on the 31st October 2023. The Owner Mr. S.L Manzini claims to have not received my payment. I sent him proof of payment, and further went to the bank to check if the payment went through, of which it did. To make matters worse we use the same bank so there cant be a delay of payment. Furthermore, he is now ignoring my messages on WhatsApp. So, I was practically ****med by this person. Since I was a first time buyer I wanted to start with a cheaper order, but sadly my fear of being ****med was confirmed. His Instagram's handle is @theleatherlabco
