In Piza e Vino Cambrige Crossing, Paulshof: It used to be a great place, it deteriorated badly, no heating in a cold winter night, bad service, rude waiter. I ended up eating something that I did not want. I ordered a Pizza with anchovy, they did not have anchovy so I told the waiter to put salami instead (it is a cheaper ingredient), he wanted to push the price up by R25, he complained about management doing wrong things, was rude, did not take off the dishes when we finished eating so we skipped coffee and were just happy to get out of the negative vibe in this place.
The guy who washes the car passes a sponge on mud and sand stuck under the fender and on the wheel and start rubbing it on the car's body, possibly scratching it. When I asked them to stop washing my car, rinse and let go they refused and carried on .... The manager - Andres does not even understand what's wrong with it and argues.
I purchased a few tiles this morning from Tile Africa Woodmead. Wanted to pay with a credit card, the cashier - Caroline Mmotsa instead of putting my card in the speed point started typing the card details into her computer, when I said that she is not allowed to keep card details and I will pay in cash she became rude, abusive, raised her voice and started arguing and shouting. Such behaviour is not acceptable, I would recommend to everyone not to buy from this business. Tile Africa, for your information - you are not allowed to keep credit card details, see more at: http://www.pasa.org.za/about-payments/faq (PASA - Payments Association of South Africa), it is illegal.

Terrible steak, actually the worst that I ever had, far behind the other Turn 'n Tenders.
The "steak" looked like a boiled unidentified piece of meat, almost white in and out, no grill marks, I have sent it back to be grilled a bit hoping that it would taste like a steak .... nothing changed except for burning the vegetables...looks like no one cares, no one asks why a steak is sent back twice, the "manager" did his rounds, asked how is my meal, I told him that it's bad ... he was not interested.

A few weeks ago when letting my apartment I was assisted by Mr Grant Coetzee from Just Letting Sandton. It was a real pleasure doing business with him.

Grant is highly professional, efficient, punctual and friendly, he went out of his way to give the best possible service to me and my tenant.

After having dealt with other agents I learnt to appreciate good service.
Thank you Grant!
I visited their office on Friday 14 August, met the company manager Glenn Key who showed me samples, gave him the sizes, got a quote which I accepted immediately and offered to pay the full cost upfront, I also explained to Glenn the urgency.

Glenn committed to install on Thursday 20th Aug. and made a firm arrangement to come and measure yesterday (Monday 17 Aug) early afternoon around 14:00, he promised to phone when on his way.

He did not show up, did not phone, I called him - the phone rang without reply, sent him text messages - no reply , I ended up spending the whole afternoon at home not working and waiting for Mr Glen to respond.
I sent him in the evening a nasty text message promising him \great publicity""; I wonder how they handle customers problems and workmanship defects. I can only recommend: stay away from them;there are good honest suppliers out there! """
