I bought an calculator online and was supposed to have been delivered this past tuesday at around 6pm i went to check why i have not yet received my order to try and track it only to find my order was cancelled with no prior communication till this date and i have also not received my money back. I am very dissappointed in thier online service. I would have never thought a big store such as Game would have such poor ********* customer service and to add to that theres not even a direct customer service number to contact with this regard.
I bought perfume from Niche essential and i was dissapointed to find that it didnt leave any sent on me so i sent them an email, they made a promise to send me another bottle with the return of the one i have bought and we had an agreement so i have been waiting now they seem to ignore me because i sent an email and they havent rep**** since last month. When i checked their website they ask customers to leave reviews because the old ones got deleted when they updated their system i found that to be very odd.
I bought a shapewear and i am loving it. Feels so comfortabe, breathable and is like my second skin. Best decision i've made for myself this year and the results are speaking volumes
Worst way to travel ever. I went to durban from klerksdorp not only was the bus late but the toilet was stinky and I had bought return tickets because when you read about them on the website they look and sound like they offer comfortable means of transportation. The was no wifi, no working cell phone charging points and the aircon on the return bus was not work and the smell of the toilet plus the heat made traveling very undesirable. The worst part of this experience was when I had to buy new return tickets because we got left behind by the bus as we were waiting in line in the station to board the bus meanwhile our bus was on the other side without any signage or communication to say which bus is boarding which side and the enquiry point doesn't even indicate that it's an inquiry window the lady that we eventually went up to for assistance was not even friendly. I sent an email of complaints but they sent me a copy of their terms and conditions which to me is an indication of not caring about what goes on in your business because it state that whatever goes wrong or you lose they will not be held liable as if they already know they give bad service and already protect themselves from whatever goes wrong. Bad transportation company with terrible policies to protect their bad business ethics. Never using these busses ever in my life and wouldn't advise any person to use them.
I have been a regular client of Hair city for two years now and they never fail to deliver the best quality hair at affordable prices. Their delivery is very speedy if I have an event to attend over the weekend I order on Monday and by mid week I've already received my order that's how quick they are delivering. Cindy is the best it doesn't matter iow many times I call or want to exchange my product she is always making me feel super important.
I went to pour petrol in at impala engen garage in wilkoppies klerksdorp yesterday after 12 noon and I got ****med my tank was empty even after filling in petrol it was still empty and the said I should drive around it could be my meter not picking the petrol up but even today my alarm still beeped to indicate that it was empty. I called the Manager again today to let her know she was not interested in understanding or trying to assist me in finding out what was the problem and further gave me the number of the owner whom she said was Frikkie the numbers just ring. What makes me angry is the fact that I have been a regular there and the treatment I received was appalling and the fact that they **** the very people who bring them business I am very disappointed and saddened by this.
