I drive a Haval H6 HEV. The problem leading up to my complain is as follows. We received a brand new car with 19km on the clock. The car already had a break shutter. After numerous events, new disc have been replaced, and also new shocks at just 15 000km. My vehicle was booked in at Golden Era Motors Gezina on 11/11/2024 for the 30 000km service. We again mentioned that there is a strange noise, only to discover the shocks failed again. How can a new car get shocks replaced so often? There should be a bigger problem to this? Fabian form HAVAL SA, doesnt reply to emails, MIOSA doesn't even respond, the branch where the vehicle have been serviced cause damage to the bonnet lever, they don't even respond. How bad is this for such a big company.

My car was booked in for the 30 000 km service on 11/11/2024. On arrival I mentioned another problem to the service advisor to be looked at. They had my car for 3 days - just to tell me they have torqued the suspension and my problem should be gone. I specifically told them, I know its the shocks and the shocks had to be replaced on my 15 000km service already. They told me to do a shock test on my own expense. That leads to another complain. My complain in the regards, is that they broke my bonnet lever / clip. I send an email to Anne and Spyros, as well as Haval SA regarding the situation, which until today have not been even rep**** to, after sending a follow up on 20/11/2024. This leaves a bad taste and I would certainly not motivate people to use this company to service their vehicles.
On Monday 30 October I lodged a claim for damages to my roof due to hail storm. They said they will send a contractor the following day at 14h00. This contractor never pitched. When I phoned to follow up - he said that it is to far for him to travel. I phoned the insurance again, who the arranged anther contractor to come evaluate the damage on Thursday 2nd of November at 08h00. Needless to say - this one also did not pitch. Apparantly he had a breakdown with a flat tire - but never came. I phone the insurance again, I was furious because I have to take off at work every time. So they promised to sent someone else. Another contractor arrived just past 14h00 and measured everything. As to this day - I have not heard any feedback of the damage report. Every time I query with insurance - they have another story even telling me the contractor is first awaiting his travel fee before he submits a quotation. I find this highly unprofessional
